I love the entire sight and your items, a awesome variety!
The wait is very long for regular shipping, when you order from Fabulous or Shoe Dazzle you receive all of your items within 3-4 days, my entire order, to receive all took 4 weeks when I received the last item.
I thought something was wrong at first until I emailed and they responded.
Although I can't rate the garmet itself, this review is based on the fact that it has now taken 10 days from the date that I purchased the item to even receive a tracking #. Also, even though I was pleased with the prompt response, I was told that their vendor sent them the wrong item and they would ship out the correct item (with tracking available) on the 26th but it's now the 29th. Hopefully when I do receive it, the item meets my expectations.
Cheap, disgusting site. Fake promos, fake shipping charges, fake Asian products. The picture looks nothing like what you receive, customer service are rude, they make it impossible to return their crap on purpose, make sure you read the fine print, DO NOT SHOP HERE!
It took forever to get my order and when it finally arrived, it was the wrong item. I called customer care and they had me send the item back to be switched for the one I ordered. I waited a month. Never got any emails or anything letting me know what was going on. Apparently the item I ordered was no longer available. And now I'm waiting to get a store credit. Really?. I ordered back in June... Still waiting on store credit.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to order from the site lolli couture. I place my order on 8/20/2015 and today is 8/28/2015 and my order still haven't been shipped out. When I called on Monday I ask the lady who answer the phone when will my order ship she said it takes 3 to 4 business day and that my order will ship on Wednesday. I call for 2 hours on Wednesday 8/26/2015 they wouldn't pick up the phone for me. So I knew they must have caller ID so I called from my job phone and the picked up and I ask her what was her name she said Hannah and I told her I recognize her voice from the other day and her respond was what do you want ma'am. I said I want to know why my order haven't been ship out yet and today is the 8/26/2015 it's been 3 to 4 business days already and I don't know what's going on. Can you just give me a refund. I want order with your company anymore. She said I can't and I said why she said your order was complete, but I can't provide you with a tracking number and too call back in 24 hours. I'm so upset about the whole outcome. Today is 08/28/2015 and my order still say in process. I shop online all the time and this is the worst experiences ever.
Haven't received my product yet and unfortunately I leave for my cruise today! Called several times and customer service doesn't exist! This is a awful company, they have my money, you can't speak with anyone and to top it off, I'm still stuck without my bathing suits so I have to spend more money.
I ordered 4 dresses- such great prices & exactly as pictured. Shipped quickly. Would definitely order from this site again.
We'll definitely consider buying more full length skirts in the future.

I am stuck with 100$ worth of bathing suits that are not even close to a medium. More like an xxs. DEPLORABLE customer service. This company should be ashamed!
I was pleased with my purchase. The quality of the material was more than I expected. I received my order on time, and it fits great. Dress was true to size.
One bathing suit was on backorder so I received the next week. Either way the shipping was fast. One bathing suit fit weird so I ended up buying another bikini top but the other two fit nicely and looked exactly as advertised.

The bathing suit was see-through. It is not see-through in the picture advertised and I didn't expect it to be because the colors were darker. Unusable.

I ordered 2 large bathing suits which should have come a little big for me. I can barely even squeeze in to them. No returns allowed. $45 down the drain on this purchase.
