Over the knee boots are tough to get a good fit with. In my experience they are always too big through the calf and thigh. Sadly these boots are a similar fit. They aren't stiff enough to stay up, so the material bags and the boots start to fall down. I love the platform part at the bottom... I just need a custom made shaft for the rest of the boot! The company was very easy to work with and order from, however. Great service and fast delivery.

I had ordered 3 pairs of shoes when I received my order there were only 2 pair in the box so I called customer service to see where my other pair of shoes where he told me they didn't have them available so I asked him why would they let me purchase something that isn't available that's a real inconvenience for me because I needed them I then asked him about a refund and the shipping refund he told me it was non refundable I then asked how can you charge me for shipping on three pairs of shoes when I only got two that's unacceptable I asked to speak with a manager he then told me there was no manager available so I am completely dissatisfied with this company and their poor customer service I will never shop here again and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau

I bought a swimsuit, and I followed the sizing chart, and I actually even bought a size larger just in case because I can alter a large to become smaller... And it still was the wrong size. I'm normally a size medium in anything, and the one piece swimsuit I bought was a large, But it fit like an XS. It wouldn't even cover my boobs, so I had to pull the crap out of it and ended up giving myself a crotch wedgie to the max. I understand that it's not hygienic to return or exchange swimwear, but why should the customer take a loss on it when it's the companies fault for providing the wrong information? I know plenty of department stores that take back items for any reason, and I feel that if the reason to return something is at the fault of the company, then they should be able to return it.

The only good thing that came out of this, was the customer service. They responded quickly and wasn't rude, though I may have gave some attitude, and it was fast shipping.

PS The model definitely wasn't wearing a small because she's taller than me, has bigger boobs than me, and is way thicker than me and I couldn't even fit a large. Lollicouture, please check your size chart because I'm reading a lot of other reviews that your clothes run way smaller than normal.

My overall experience was good. I ordered a pair of black fringe gladiator sandals which I love. However, the white over the knee platform boots looked very white on the website, but when arrived they were actually an off-white. I am keeping them, but not too happy about the color.

Giving three stars because it's so many rules and regulations when comes to getting free shipping ( even if you have well over enough money for free shipping; u can't have clearance items, discounts over 50% etc.) and to just pay for shipping is way more expensive than usual... There is no point in providing discounts if this is the case smh... shipping came pretty face and I was pleased but I won't be shopping here again. Too much of a hassle and not worth my time
