After the mess explained below, I did get my dress. Not sure if I would have without filing a complaint. It was as described and in new condition. I still would not recommend them if they are not going to answer their phone or emails.
Unluckily, I did not read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a dress, it has never shipped out, their email is an automatic response stating the email service is down. Their phone number is invalid. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General of California and suggest everyone do so. You will not get your order. Also, file a complaint with your credit card company so they do not get paid either. They still have the dress on their site. I think they steal photos of other sites, offer them for sale, take your money and run.
I have yet to receive an email about my shoes. When can I expect them? This is a new website for me and I order quite a bit of shoes online but I'm not satisfied with your lack of communication. I sent an email concerning my order and still haven't heard anything. If I don't get my order by Thursday of this week I'm going to report the company to my bank and the Better Business Bureau. I will also file a complaint. How hard is it to send the shoes you took the money right away. I'm disgusted.
Shipping takes way to long. Probably wont order again. As of today I still havent received my package as a matter of fact website saying it's still processing but I thought shipping was 3-7 business. Even if the product itself is good because of the long shipping time could keep a customer from returning to shop with you all
The order process was easy. I went with a discount shipping method and did not realize it would end up coming USPS in the end (received an initial fed ex tracking number). The package was too large for the mailbox at the apartment, so had to pick up at post office. That was the only down side so far.
I ordered a bathing suit a month ago and never received it! I tried messaging for more information and no response. I called the toll free number and "all circuits busy" every time! I want to reach someone to get my money back! This is such crap!
I placed my order with no problem. The selection of dresses is awesome and since this was my first order I ordered one size larger just to make sure I got the right fit because of my experience with other websites, whose large is really a medium. I had no problem here lollicouture dress size was on point and made very well. I can't wait to receive other two dresses that are on back order. I will be ordering from here again and recommend lollicouture to my friends.
I bought three outfits from this company, shipping was fast however two of the outfits looked very cheap so I'm sending them back to be returned. Beware they will charge a 20-30% restocking fee and they do not provide shipping for you. I may only end up getting half my money back when I paid for the items to be shipped to me in addition to be charged a restocking fee.
I have yet to receive any information regarding my order and each time I call customer service they only tell me that it's in the processing stage and they cannot provide me with any shipping details at this moment which I don't understand since the money has been out of my account since the purchase date.
Delivery is a LIE I paid 110.00 for next day delivery on special order items that were suppose to take 3-4 business days well it took 6-7 days and my package came on the second day entirely to much money for them to play games will never do that again
Ordered 3 maxi skirts and none of them fit properly. The fabric was see through and I was very unhappy with the purchase. I was told they do not do returns only for store credit. I didn't want to purchase anything else I wanted my money back. I ended up having to sell them locally for less then half of what I paid. It was a nightmare and I will never buy anything from this site again.
I ordered 29 pairs of clearance shoes and I could not be happier! I received all pairs in one large box, without individual shoe boxes, which was convenient because I don't need 29 shoe boxes laying around. The quality of the shoes is excellent, and all are brand new and never worn. Shipping was a bit pricey, but that is to be expected for a 45 pound package. I will definitely be checking out more of their products and shopping again!
I'm definitely not a happy shopper. The last couple orders I placed were all ill sized. I know my size and your sizes definitely do not fit your size chart. Even after I went up in size the items I purchased still did not fit. Thank God I have granddaughters that could fit them otherwise I would be out of almost two hundred dollars. Very displeased.
The only thing that bothers me is the fact you can't track your package after you place the order. It says it will send you an email but both times I made an order I didn't receive one. Kind of annoying that I'm unable to see where my package is, it just shows up. But overall it was a good experience, great prices and quick delivery
I placed my order on a Saturday. By the following Friday, the status still said "processing" and I had not received shipping notification. I called customer service and waited 25 minutes on hold for someone to take my call. He told me that my items are special order and take longer to ship, but should be sent out the next day. That was 3 days ago and I am still waiting for shipment notification. I was never notified during the ordering process that my items would take an extended time to ship, and they will now not arrive in time for the wedding I ordered them for. Very disappointed.
I ordered my stuff June 29 and awaited the email saying it had been shipped and never got one so I have emailed twice since July 1st asking about it and I have yet to get a reply. Seems really unprofessional and wished I had of listened to the bad reviews before giving them money.
If I don't get an email by July 10, I'll be calling and if there is no response still, I'll be talking to my bank and the business bureau. Absolute BS that you don't answer people's message after you have their money. I'm highly disappointed and pissed off.
Everytime I called to check on my order the lady was very rude told me my daughters shies were already shipped she lied she hung up on me 3 times had me on hold for over an hour now I'm waiting for my refund let's see how ling that will take. I'm so up set I'm calling the better business bureau.
I ordered 8 pair of heels and was charged 32.99 Shipping & handling. Well when my shoes arrive 3 of my shoes did not come with a box. I guess its really not a big deal but if your like me and like to keep the boxes so you can store your shoes so much better then it becomes a problem.
I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I paid $80 for next-day shipping to be able to receive a Christmas sweater by the next day (as the website had promised), and I received it in the mail three days later.
Very unprofessional they sent no confirmation email I have no idea where my package is or how to track it! I've been calling customer service that apparently is fake because it doesn't work and I labeled you all as fraud to my bank
My first time ordering from the site was fine however I did have to email the support group to get a tracking number. The second order I had to email about the same thing, no tracking number however there was no response. So I tried calling both numbers provided by them and one does not work and the other was always busy. Finally after calling more then enough times and waiting, the person says that they are having problems with the tracking numbers and cannot obtain them. I was fine with the company until this situation so now they will no longer receive my business and I'm sure plenty others.

Answer: The quality is terrible. There's glue visible in certain parts of the shoes. I would not take my chances with this company. It took weeks of back and forth emails with them just so I can send back my purchases. They do not come with return mailing labels or addresses. Also you have to pay the return shipping as well which is a pain. Read their ridiculous return policies and feedback. I was warned and didn't listen. I wish I would have though.

Answer: They do not provide tracking, and you! You will be lucky to receive any or all of your items you purchased. When you receive these items, check and make sure items are as ordered, from the material to decor of said item, and check them for dirt, when I received a fancy White Blouse I ordered-there was a big Coffee stain right in the middle of it!
