I ordered 3pairs of SANDLES that was delivered to me Friday and when I open my box it was only 2pairs I'm missing a black pair of SANDLES AND I WANT THEM WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS THAT DNT HAVE ALL MY ORDER NOT ONCE YOU TRIED TO CONTACT ME TO TELL ME WHAT HAPPEN EITHER YOU SEND MY SANDLES OR REFUND MY MONEY...
Would be better with free shipping for orders over $50
My order shows processing for over 2 weeks. I sent an email for the status of my order. The email has not been answered.
I have yet to receive my order but what I find dissatisfied me was that I emailed them because the tracking was not reflecting and they replied with the tracking number again and that was it and it still said the tracking # was not found
Everytime I called to check on my order the lady was very rude told me my daughters shies were already shipped she lied she hung up on me 3 times had me on hold for over an hour now I'm waiting for my refund let's see how ling that will take. I'm so up set I'm calling the better business bureau.

I placed my order via Paypal and noticed that I had not received my tracking number (as of today it is 13 days since I ordered). I called a few days ago and I was on hold so long until the phone disconnected. I called back again and the same thing happened. I decided to send an email but I never got a reply. I called a few days later and held for a while but not as long as before so I got a rep.
The rep didn't know why my order was not sent so she said she would contact Shipping. She came back and said Shipping was not answering but said that it would go out today. I didn't believe her because she didn't sound assured herself. I asked about my tracking number and she said I would receive it within 24 hrs. Of course I have not received it and it is well over 24 hours.
So I will be contacting Paypal to dispute this.
When i ordered, I did call then the next day just to make sure that the number was real and it wasnt a scam, regardless of the reviews I saw on this website I still decided to give them a chance.
So when I called, I was on hold for a very long time. But I managed to speak to a rep and she was able to answer all my questions and concerns. She told me they order from another merchant, so when it's ships out to them that's when they will send a tracking number which usually takes about 3 weeks. I ordered a lot of things. Which totaled up to 121.14 after the discount they gave. Well here I am about a week later (I ordered on the 6th of this month)and I received an email today saying my items have been shipped complete with a tracking number. My items will arrive the 23rd. So I'm giving these guys four stars. May do another review when items actually ship and I'm able to see the quality of the clothes.
This is my first time ordering but my boyfriend has sent me items from here as well. Ordering was very easy and I had no problems with anything while ordering. Receiving the order was a success as well both times I received my orders. U receive a tracking number that help you track your package and the tracking number was received the day after the order cause I ordered later that evening. The merchandise is exactly what it show and I will recommend others and I will definitely order again. Thank you for a great experience!
I ordered shoes from the website and the shipping is outrageous one pair of shoes were not carefully inspected and they need to upgrade their website with your email address so u can know where your merchandise has shipped and when to expect it but other than that I may order from this site again
Found a sexy dress for my wife at a reasonable price. However, never received an email confirmation or notice of shipping. I had to call to confirm the order and get the tracking information. Overall a good experience. Just a few tweaks needed.

I wish I could give a good review, but my swimsuit, though beautiful arrived broken. At first I went online where my order could not be found with my email and order number. Next I called and after 30 minutes of phone time I was told to send it back but I would have to pay for the shipping. I explained again that I received a faulty item. Yes I was told I would have pay and ship it back but they would reimburse me. I work from 8-6pm weekdays and must wait till Saturday to get to the post office. A return shipping label would be helpful. I hope I can get an undamaged swimsuit but it has been a lot of unnecessary work.
Okay, I take others reviews seriously and really appreciate when I can check reviews before purchasing. That being said, I had a lot of reservations and Lollicouture's official site has next to no reviews posted on the individual products- where are the tips about sizing up or down? Shipping? Quality? I know people are trying to post these and they probably are just not making it through their review process.
I ordered 4 pairs of shoes.
2 Boots, 2 sandals.
The boots are for this winter but were marked down so low that I couldnt say no- I paid $15 each pair including shipping. They only had the first pair 1/2 size smaller than I wear- I ordered it because these boots are soft material that tends to stretch and 'pack out' through the winter. They fit GREAT! Luck.
The second pair only came a full size larger than I wear- but it's fake hard plastic/faux suede type of shell so I figured that I can wear thick socks and pull them off. NO SOCKS NEEDED- they fit perfectly too! Woo hoo!
Basically, I'm saying that the sizing is all over the place and you may get lucky or not: /.
The fringe sandals I ordered are a little frayed, true to picture. I ordered one pair 1/2 size up because it was all they had left and they are too big. The other fringe sandals fit well on my foot part but they zip up your leg a little and that part is too big on my skinny legs.
I know shipping is a major concern for most people complaining- I didnt even stress myself out ordering something I needed ASAP- nor did I try to contact them at all. They emailed me 4 days after I ordered with shipping info. The order arrived 7 days exactly after I made my purchase. Shipping was fine in this case and everything came in one order.
I think I got pretty lucky overall after reading other reviews. Buy with caution- and PLEASE Lollicouture- let people post reviews of the shoes so we know more about sizing!
I had to pay $15 for shipping and still have not received my shoes. At least if the shipping is going to be so slow, charge less for it.

I ordered from Lolli on LA Showroom and have always had pretty good turn around time. I ordered on their website and have been waiting two weeks on my order. My store is very empty and I love their product but they need to do better with their shipment.
I placed an order on April 1st around 9:30am west coast time and my order did not ship until April 5th. My shipment did not arrive until April 12th. I order stuff from California all the time and normally get my order within a week with ground shipping. With Lollicouture 2 weeks is way too long for ground shipping. Once I opened my package I was missing 3 items. I never was notified that my items were not available until I opened my package and it was hand written on the invoice. I have yet to received a refund or a notice of when my items would ship. Lollicouture needs to do a better job at keeping their website updated with inventory availability. Had I known the items were not available I would have not even bothered to order them. Other than these complaints I like Lollicouture.
Answer: Best of luck I paid for 2 day shipping and got my item over 2 weeks later. The item i got on time was damaged. The quality was awful...
Answer: The quality is terrible. There's glue visible in certain parts of the shoes. I would not take my chances with this company. It took weeks of back and forth emails with them just so I can send back my purchases. They do not come with return mailing labels or addresses. Also you have to pay the return shipping as well which is a pain. Read their ridiculous return policies and feedback. I was warned and didn't listen. I wish I would have though.
Answer: Dont believe nothing they tell u this site is fake they take ur money supposely send u ur items give u a fake tracking number n u never get your things. Its been a year since i order was suppose to get a credit n didnt get either or.

Answer: They do not provide tracking, and you! You will be lucky to receive any or all of your items you purchased. When you receive these items, check and make sure items are as ordered, from the material to decor of said item, and check them for dirt, when I received a fancy White Blouse I ordered-there was a big Coffee stain right in the middle of it!
