So I really recommend paying the little bit extra for individualized designer hour. Well worth it. And this logo company has the most creative options and then sent my logo to me in every conceivable format. From Etsy shop banner to a twitter sized logo. Iphone, quickbooks. So many more! LinkedIn, a water mark and wallpaper too!

I am so excited about using my logos for all my branding needs. The ease of making the logo was great. Couldn't decide on what logo I wanted so I asked about purchasing 2 of them. Once I purchased one they gave me credits on my account to purchase the second one for free. (Who does that?) Amazing! I had a couple of issues with my logos not downloading correctly but once I sent a message in the chat screens. All my issues were corrected with no problems. The response time for it could have been a little faster but overall I am completely satisfied with the outcome of my logo and the service reps. Will recommend to others for their logo needs. So I wanted to make my own logo, but don't have the technical skills to do so.
I also wasn't really clear on what I wanted precisely and then I found Logojoy.
Their system is so awesome, you have so many options and are able to make the logo completely your own! When I finally made my logo I saw I made a mistake and the customer service team helped me to correct it.
They use a chat, so you can easily contact them and are very friendly.
Now I have a logo I absolutely adore, in many different formats and for a great price!
I would definitely recommend logojoy to anyone in need for an amazing logo.

To start off I generated my own logo and then chose to upgrade to include help from a graphic designer to perfect it. This is quite expensive and I was a little concerned that my vision would be hard to communicate when just over email, but it turned out to be well worth the extra. I was paired with Ysabel who was helpful, patient and overall amazing. The instant chat is a great service too.
Lame. Don't think you are going to get a proper logo on a transparent background with the basic package, they make you upgrade to all these unnecessary levels in order to get a logo that can be used AT ALL. Unless you are ok with a copy-and-paste look where the logo you choose is merged to the background.
And they don't disclose this "little detail" unless you have already purchased the logo.

Logo joy so far has been helpful. I got a little impatient at first because I had a lot going on but the staff got back to me and helped me out with my request and kept up with me until I had everything I needed that day on a Saturday.
I understand this site is do it your self, but if in case of an issue or problem, you are on your own, they will email you a Copy/past instruction to do it your self, again and again, I've asked repeatedly to email my logo in deferant format till i give up.
Most people do a fraud, but without scamming, I instantly got my order, so because of this amazing delivery, I am very pleased with your service. I recommend to all of you that you continue this excellent service.
The limitations, poor service, even after escalations, the refusal to refund when satisfaction just wasn't achieved even after I expressed that the same day as purchase is subpar to so many other services out there. It's really disappointing to me that wordpress has opted to pair with this service. I'll be making my recommendations to wordpress to consider switching to a better software or service. Please don't waste your money, people... your hard earned money!

Bad experience! I bought their Enterprise package. Wasted my time hoping that I will get something original by choosing this package but it was substandard. Thank God they refunded my money. I am not going to use the logo they made for me. This site is good if you want to design a quick logo. The Basic package will be worth your money and time.
After purchasing a premium logo design from them I was sent files with all the wording missing. It has been over a week now and I have still had no joy getting new ones sent. Would not use this company again.
I would recommend this to everyone and anyone. If you have limited GD abilities absolutely a must. Super user-friendly interface, great response time from staff. The value for all you get is AMAZING as well! Worth every penny!

Ysabel was very responsive and customised my logo for me via back and forth email communication only. My requirements were quite detailed and we nailed it after about a week.
I did worry that I was going to use up my allocated time before getting the logo finished but this didn't happen so I would say that the Enterprise option is well worth it. I even came back to them about 6 months after my initial purchase with a change to my slogan which they did for me at no extra cost, needless to say I'm very pleased with their service.

I'm the type of guy that enjoy being involved in all aspects of business development. Here it was designing a Logo for a new eCommerce retail business I want to use to support a Facebook shop. I am very impressed with the way I felt involved in all choices. Although I still haven't made up my mind. Try and get hold of Dawson Whitfield, CEO of Logojoy. This guy knows a little something about customer service.
Although the logo I got was impressive and easy to make, the product itself is not what I want to write about.
It is the speed of response that i was most impressed with.
I accidentally sent my payment twice so e-mailed in. It being a Sunday I was expecting a reply to come the next day. However, within minutes of my initial contact, the conversation was over and the refund issued.
Not one for writing reviews normally but this struck me as outstanding service.
Would highly recommend doing business with this company. Both product and service are well worth your time.
