I worked with Ysabel who was amazing. She was very responsive, and my emails were answered within minutes on most occasions. She had great ideas for making the most of my logo. So I really recommend paying the little bit extra for individualized designer hour. Well worth it. And this logo company has the most creative options and then sent my logo to me in every conceivable format. From Etsy shop banner to a twitter sized logo. Iphone, quickbooks. So many more! LinkedIn, a water mark and wallpaper too!

Ysabel was very responsive and customised my logo for me via back and forth email communication only. My requirements were quite detailed and we nailed it after about a week.
I did worry that I was going to use up my allocated time before getting the logo finished but this didn't happen so I would say that the Enterprise option is well worth it. I even came back to them about 6 months after my initial purchase with a change to my slogan which they did for me at no extra cost, needless to say I'm very pleased with their service.

I created the logo for my podcast, The Kristof Lewis Podcast, using Logojoy. The specific logo I created was not available how I wanted to create it, but the people at Logojoy helped me create a custom logo with ease with a quick turn around. It is EXACTLY how I wanted it and in more formats than I could possibly use. I am very thankful for their flexibility and quick and positive customer support.

To start off I generated my own logo and then chose to upgrade to include help from a graphic designer to perfect it. This is quite expensive and I was a little concerned that my vision would be hard to communicate when just over email, but it turned out to be well worth the extra. I was paired with Ysabel who was helpful, patient and overall amazing. The instant chat is a great service too.

Disappointing experience. For $200 I expected to work with a professional designer and it was immediately clear he was junior level. I could have gotten the same quality paying $15/hour. I did the work myself in the end and will not use the logo I paid for. The company wasnt willing to give me even a partial refund and was unsympathetic to my cause- so thats money down the toilet for this cash poor startup. Had high hopes for logojoy but wont use them in the future and I do not recommend them.

I needed a logo that wasn't too expensive and I could create quickly, and Logojoy was the perfect site for this! Ysabel helped me to tweak the logo that I auto-generated a couple of times until I came up with something that I was really happy with. When I realized I wanted to change something down the road after starting to use the logo, she helped again in record time. I have already recommended this site to a number of people. Thank you!

I paid for a designer to tweak my computer-generated logo, and in the end it was the logo I had worked on on my own. (Minus removing a hole in the pic). I'm not sure what I paid extra for! I also was under the impression that this would be done quickly and I had to wait FOUR business days and a weekend to FINALLY get my completed package despite trying to contact customer service AND the designer! VERY frustrating experience!

Really like this service. It makes my business look great and professional. I recommend it to everyone who are not design skilled

If you want a very simple logo that uses only fonts and colors, this is a great site. However, if you need customization, original design, or business collateral (business cards, etc.) I don't recommend this site. They give you a very limited time to 'edit' your logo once you buy it, so be careful. I paid for the 'premium' package with a designer, and it just didn't work for me. I'm headed over to Fivver and will spend the same $$ for a better result. Also, the turn around for the final product is not fast, so be prepared to be patient.

I worked with Ysabel at Logojoy and my experience could not have been better.
She was listening to all my criteria and offering suggestions everytime I asked for. Ysabel kept her word and delivered the final product when she promised. I was in a rush and her punctuality and fast responses were really appreciated. Ysabel was assigned to me randomly but I can confidently say she was my lucky star!

From start to finish the site was so user friendly while still offering a ton of ways for me to create a logo that I absolutely love. Along with that wa stage ability to tweak my logo to fit different applications that I will be using it for. When I did run into a little confusion Melisse from Logojoy was EXTREMELY helpful. The limitations, poor service, even after escalations, the refusal to refund when satisfaction just wasn't achieved even after I expressed that the same day as purchase is subpar to so many other services out there. It's really disappointing to me that wordpress has opted to pair with this service. I'll be making my recommendations to wordpress to consider switching to a better software or service. Please don't waste your money, people... your hard earned money!

Excellent service with an absolutely correct price.
The possibilities of choice and personalization are really remarkable, everything can be adapted to your needs.
One of the most interesting possibilities is that you can create, download and try different versions of your logo. In this way you can calmly try on your website what you like best (the choice is not easy!) And then simply delete all the others that you will not need anymore. Brilliant!

I am so excited about using my logos for all my branding needs. The ease of making the logo was great. Couldn't decide on what logo I wanted so I asked about purchasing 2 of them. Once I purchased one they gave me credits on my account to purchase the second one for free. (Who does that?) Amazing! I had a couple of issues with my logos not downloading correctly but once I sent a message in the chat screens. All my issues were corrected with no problems. The response time for it could have been a little faster but overall I am completely satisfied with the outcome of my logo and the service reps. Will recommend to others for their logo needs. Will be ordering business cards and a retractable banner today using my new logos. Can't wait to see the finals for both. Thanks LogoJoy for your service!

No problem with the logo or files - I just needed something simple.
I paid for a premium package which says that it includes an hour consult with a designer by email. Unable to figure out how to do this I asked customer support... and was told I'd have to pay extra for that.

Either the website outright lied or they have changed what is included and didn't update their website.

Not happy - feel ripped off

I would recommend this to everyone and anyone. If you have limited GD abilities absolutely a must. Super user-friendly interface, great response time from staff. The value for all you get is AMAZING as well! Worth every penny!

I realized I made a mistake with my logo and Ysabel was nice enough to help us out in fixing it. I briefly communicated with Felicia who was not very helpful and didn't try to assist with our issue but Ysabel was great!
