I found them really good. Especially as I purchased the logo files just before Christmas. Naturally there is a time difference as they are based in Canada in my case I am in Ireland but that's reasonable. I think in comparison to other companies for the price that is offered the service is adequate.

Depends. At first, I think everyone in the company contacted me in some form or fashion, including the owner. Then after I had paid and was having problems properly receiving all my files, it was a little harder to get a response to emails or even find someone that wasn't "away" on their chat line. And I found out first hand that the owner can't even be bothered with customer issues or complaints.
