Your logo files will need to be downloaded onto a computer first and then you can transfer your files to your other devices!

I found them really good. Especially as I purchased the logo files just before Christmas. Naturally there is a time difference as they are based in Canada in my case I am in Ireland but that's reasonable. I think in comparison to other companies for the price that is offered the service is adequate.

Even when the 72 hour window expires youare welcome to reach out through our live chat feature and request support in completing your additional changes! The 72 hour window is just convenient for you to be able to make the variations of your logo that you need and download them right away, but you are always able to make changes, just let us know!
