Fairly unimpressed. Their online chat is useless and hours of operation aren't necessarily inline with that of a new business owner. The site itself is great and I'm very happy with my final product. However, after purchase they should include the downloaded version of your fonts. Not only do they not but I've gotten 2 different font titles for the same font and when trying to search them online, none of the popular font providers recognize the font names provided. Lastly, all the "customer testimonials" are bogus. None of those companies even exist!
I hope they can contact me to rectify my current road blocks in time to get my logo out before my launch
Logojoy are shockingly bad at customer support, put simply they ignore you. If you like being ignored then this is the logo company for you. They ignore all emails. They ignore online customer support. Do not expect the logo you purchase to be the same as the one in your download file. You may think you have designed a lovely logo with the aid of this site but it will not be the same as you get in the download. If you complain you will be ignored. I spent 7 whole days trying to get Logojoy to help me but still I have nothing, no help, no logo.
I worked with Ysabel at Logojoy and my experience could not have been better.
She was listening to all my criteria and offering suggestions everytime I asked for. Ysabel kept her word and delivered the final product when she promised. I was in a rush and her punctuality and fast responses were really appreciated. Ysabel was assigned to me randomly but I can confidently say she was my lucky star!
I purchased a logo from this company and they did not provided me with assistance when I requested it. They have a poor website and not a lot of information. When I requested a refund then they answered my email immediately arguing with they terms and condition. Please do not waste your money here and its better to give it to a charity organization not to this unprofessional logo makers
I went back to the site to find they had re-branded. Went to sign in, but ooops! Guess What! Can't find me! I was really happy with my logo and wanted to do an update. What a shame!
Had a great experience. It was fun to design and play with logo options. Delivery time and working with designer add on was great. Just what I needed to get a professional logo and all of the right versions to make business go.
Even if we communicated only via email, Ysabel needed just a few words to know what I wish. Very professional and very quick service, I loved working with her and I highly recommend Logojoy! I am very happy with my logo and the whole package!
All you need is an idea about the name of your company, your slogan and a symbol which represents the idea of your business. The rest does Logojoy:-) You get such a lot of ideas and drafts that the choice is the most difficult matter. I have a great new logo now, incl. Colour guide and even Social Media versions of the logo. For me is Logojoy now the best solution to get a new logo! Thank you to the Logojoy-Team for this great tool!
Last night I bought a package after my business partner and I decided on a logo - we could not 'Download Assets' the the welcome email said to do. This morning I called and left a voicemail for the customer service hotline and then I wrote an email asking for help... no response. This afternoon I called and left another voicemail and sent a message on their Facebook page... still no response.
I'm extremely aggravated. The customer service is absolutely awful.
The site was easy to navigate and with some great ideas and gave you some really good visuals of choice logo. I found it fun and the design ideas clean and up to date
I took an hours consultation which really helped to finish my logo all for a pretty good price. I needed it done pretty quick and the response was spot on so was happy with result, good value for money as got numourous files of logos in different formats. Thankyou Kaejon for quick response and help
I paid for premium service but that is not what I received. When there is no phone number listed this is a major red flag! Customer Service is poor, also I paid for a designer to tweak my logo (a very simple tweak) but it did not work out. BBB You should get what you paid for.
I was linked up with Kaejon at Logojoy as my personal designer. I had a vision of what I wanted my logo to look like and he was able to achieve exactly what I was looking for. Be warned... I believe he has super powers and is able to teleport inside a customers head. I would highly recommend using Logojoy if you have any logo design needs!
Ysabel was great to work with! She was really patient with me as I had multiple edits I wanted on my logo. I sent some samples of colors and ideas and she was able to come up with something that matched what I was looking for!
From start to finish the site was so user friendly while still offering a ton of ways for me to create a logo that I absolutely love. Along with that wa stage ability to tweak my logo to fit different applications that I will be using it for. When I did run into a little confusion Melisse from Logojoy was EXTREMELY helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed and understood how to navigate to accomplish my goals. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

I had purchased a LOGO but couldn't use it at the moment. I had it on my computer but it was not coming up anywhere. Melisse was able to save the day! She found the LOGO and sent me the link and told me what to do after I received it! It was wonderful experience!
Ysabel was great to work with. She was understanding and helpful, and did a great job with our company logo. I realized I made a mistake with my logo and Ysabel was nice enough to help us out in fixing it. I briefly communicated with Felicia who was not very helpful and didn't try to assist with our issue but Ysabel was great!
It's interesting how inspiring it is to see logos to help you decide what you want. This experience was so positive for me and so quick and I had to reach out and Melisse was amazing, quick and efficient.
I liked the logo that was auto-generated compared to the other sites I tried. I asked if they could match a specific color and Melisse said it wouldn't be a problem and that they would do it once I purchased the logo. From there, things took a turn and the colors they generated were not close, I asked for them to try again and provided more samples. Again, they came back with a less than satisfying version of the color. I relented and accepted the version since I needed something for my website. I wanted to add a subtitle in a different color but then that became a whole new process. I recommend you use their site to generate free logo samples and then take it to a professional to make it exactly how you'd like. It's not a ton of money but I wish they would have been upfront that they could not match the color I requested. They aren't super responsive after you pay.
I paid for a designer to tweak my computer-generated logo, and in the end it was the logo I had worked on on my own. (Minus removing a hole in the pic). I'm not sure what I paid extra for! I also was under the impression that this would be done quickly and I had to wait FOUR business days and a weekend to FINALLY get my completed package despite trying to contact customer service AND the designer! VERY frustrating experience!
