Bought several premium logos with all options but they did not keep promis. Logos are broken and no changes can be aplied for free. Also low quality and wrong sizes
I purchased a logo from Logojoy. However I have not been able to retrieve the files. I contacted customer support, to no avail. I would like a refund. I am very dissatisfied in their service.

After spending over 300 and working with a wonderful designer, Isabel, to make changes to my logo, I went to the Looka website to download my product assets, but the website Didn't have the updated version.
I contacted the company and spoke to Kiah who told me that Ysabel was no longer working there and that she had emailed me all the files. Well, that was not true, which Kia realized when she tried to "re-send" them and couldn't find them. I needed the updated social media assets for my you tube channel, Twitter, Instagram. Facebook, etc...
After not being able to find the updated version, Kiah said that they would have to just refund money as they didn't have any designers available to help me? When I asked to speak to a manager she told me she was the manager? Seriously?
I have my logo in use on all official documents for the past several months and am in the process of having it trademarked!
I was just getting around to the social media stuff!

I got the main logo for my Beverly Hills magazine ad... but the rest of the files were never sent.
The files on the website should be updated so I can download my newest version...
I put a lot of work into tweaking this log and now it's disappeared and Looka can't fix that?
Now I don't have any brand assets and Looka can't make that happen?
Sounds very strange. I am trying to get a hold of kiah's boss. To see what's going on. This doesn't sound right at all. And what am I supposed to do?
