The limitations, poor service, even after escalations, the refusal to refund when satisfaction just wasn't achieved even after I expressed that the same day as purchase is subpar to so many other services out there. It's really disappointing to me that wordpress has opted to pair with this service. I'll be making my recommendations to wordpress to consider switching to a better software or service. Please don't waste your money, people... your hard earned money!

I needed a logo that wasn't too expensive and I could create quickly, and Logojoy was the perfect site for this! Ysabel helped me to tweak the logo that I auto-generated a couple of times until I came up with something that I was really happy with. Starting a new venture & wanting my branding to be strong & representative of my service, I used Logojoy to create a logo. When I wasn't completely confident about my design, I looked to their design team to assist. Ysabel was excellent; her competencies were obvious & her attention to detail & customer needs was on point & much appreciated. Ysabel was very responsive and customised my logo for me via back and forth email communication only. My requirements were quite detailed and we nailed it after about a week.
I did worry that I was going to use up my allocated time before getting the logo finished but this didn't happen so I would say that the Enterprise option is well worth it. I even came back to them about 6 months after my initial purchase with a change to my slogan which they did for me at no extra cost, needless to say I'm very pleased with their service.

Although the logo I got was impressive and easy to make, the product itself is not what I want to write about.
It is the speed of response that i was most impressed with.
I accidentally sent my payment twice so e-mailed in. It being a Sunday I was expecting a reply to come the next day. However, within minutes of my initial contact, the conversation was over and the refund issued.
Not one for writing reviews normally but this struck me as outstanding service.
Would highly recommend doing business with this company. Both product and service are well worth your time.

Disappointing experience. For $200 I expected to work with a professional designer and it was immediately clear he was junior level. I could have gotten the same quality paying $15/hour. I did the work myself in the end and will not use the logo I paid for. The company wasnt willing to give me even a partial refund and was unsympathetic to my cause- so thats money down the toilet for this cash poor startup. Had high hopes for logojoy but wont use them in the future and I do not recommend them.
