They are very professional, and my main support, Jason Brown, was very helpful and friendly. He almost bent over backwards to make sure I got what i wanted at a fair and reasonable price.

I decided to purchase a logo from the logo-infinix and do not regret that decision. The staff is informative about the progress on the project and the team members are friendly.
Basically happy with the design. After a considerable amount of back and forth I got what I wanted. I decided to have them print my cards and stationary. They totally did not follow my instructions and redid the cards. They are still not right.
The stationary was simply black and white. The envelope had a black liner. I received the envelopes without the black liner. After that I gave up. I will reprint locally.
Anyways logo is taking weeks - yet they try to sell themselves to build a website without even finalising the job they've already been given.
Felt like each call was a sales call - glad I decided to not give them the website job as it might take months if a logo takes weeks.

Logos were basically copied off of shutterstock. When I asked for a refund and said it was because I had drawn up a logo with a friend I was refused a refund for contacting another company'. Absolutely bull would not recommend unless you want a copied logo
I was awaiting my company's logo creation but they made it a nightmare! Even after being promised that my logo will be supplied in all formats and declining their requests for a logo trademark fees, multiple people from their company will ring me daily to persuade me to pay for more.
Not only have i received what i have paid for, but they are hassling me for more money!
Stay away from them!

I started with Ivan Jasper which we agreed to have all formats to be supplied under the package we paid for. I was contacted by Ben Cooper which according to him was the expert of Logo Infinix and he was going to design He was then trying to send me a webpages which we kindly declined. Then Jason Brown came into the picture who was going to design the logo and he tried again to upsell.
I received some logo concepts from Greg Adams then finally we agreed on a logo but when i thought i was going to get the formats, we received a call again to pay for trademark fees which we had already declined.
Apparently they cant give us the logo for copyright issues unless we pay for it. Trust me, stay away!
I paid my 50$ that's all they said it would be and that I wouldn't have to pay anything later then when the logo was ready they wanted more money for it. I had to pay 250$ just to keep it. It's a scam and no money back idc if it was 50$ that's my money and they just scammed me! Y'all becareful
Everything the negative comments are absolutely true. Fortunately my CC company was able recoup the money spent. Don't do it!
This company is a FRAUD. They have an F rating from the California BBB and failed to respond to complaints. The logos on their website are false. The company is more than likely India based and the location in CA is fake.
I don't know how they're working in USA nobody trust these people they are operate this business in overseas totally fraud and big scammers……
My first review about them was also negative. However, I deleted that and I posted a good review about them 'only' because they called me and apologised, and requested to remove my previous negative review about them. They made promises that they could not deliver to. I have restored my previous 1 star review about them. I wish if ONLY if there was a 'negative' star review, I would give them that. Please I beg you all stay away from these guys at any cost. I am not removing my negative reviews no matter how much they come begging now.
Why did I restore my previous negative comment?
Because they called me. They apologised and they promised to rectify the issue they also offered to post business cards for free, they will give $50 back because they did NOT deliver all the services as initially promised. When I accepted their apology and their ways to rectify the issue, they disappeared and no response back at all - been over 1.5 months. I also think the SAME person called me from a different name, and I also received multiple private inbox messages with 'fake' names e.g. 'ocean' saying how they do not believe this company can scam people. I of course cannot confirm the authenticity of the account but definitely stay away from these people no matter what. I am sticking to my review. I am also posting the same bad review on other websites.
Horrible horrible horrible company. Paid 100$ for a logo, they ended up take 300$+ from my card, logo was horrible and when requested revisions they send the same mock up. Refused a refund, horrible customer service, PLEASE STAY AWAY!
I started a visiting nurse service in August 2020 hiring and paying Logo Infinix to create a logo and website. I would prefer to keep pricing to myself. I was required to pay in advance and they charged my credit card immediately for anything I ordered. I added flyers to be made and a trademark. The logo is great as were the flyers but the website has turned out to be the death of my business currently. I will be reporting to BBB and requesting a refund for the website although I feel they have cost me my business and severe loss of income. After much repetition of trying to get them to correct problems I finally insisted they release the site so I could get someone else to work on it. They will say that the problems are my fault because I wanted it released but I had no choice. I know it was not finished but I could not get them to finish it. Someone else worked on it and had very negative feedback for Logo Infinix. They did not proof anything. Had links going nowhere. I would send lists of things to fix and perhaps one item would be done. I was made promises time after time but no action was seen. I still do not have access to the business email included in the website and have asked for it repeatedly. They refused to refund me although the company offers refunds for dissatisfaction. Stationery came with my package also and it finally came in December without the envelopes and incorrect business cards. I am done.
The level of professionalism and customer care drops as soon as the payment is made. Fake names, fake accent - not fooling anyone. I thought since I had paid anyway, I'll work with them to get my logo design finished but impossible to work with. I was told 'no point in getting disappointed, our job is finished' when I asked why I wasn't told earlier that my 'design package' doesn't come with a printable logo. They gave commitments regarding turnaround times and number of revisions in writing before the payment was made, but there was absolute disregard for the same once the payment went through. 2 weeks gone down the drain. Only interested in marketing/upselling - need to focus more on the job at hand! They say they work as per Sydney times, but are definitely located overseas.
