So far the best design company I have ever associated with. My project was of copy writing service that had to be delivered within 3 days. The content on my website needed revamp and it had to go live on urgent basis. . My company hired logodesignpros for brochure design and we were already in too much pressure we needed those brochures quickly. I was afraid that I would be in trouble if I do not get the brochures delivered on time for printing. They did it on time, and I had one hour to prepare rest of the things. Quality was least of my concern at that time but it would be unfair I did not mention that the quality of the design was above my expectations.

Im quite happy with their design sense and their timely delivery. I'm now thinking to hire logo design pros for a website design project. Keeping my fingers cross!

I had a logo designed by them in 2006. For 9 years I have been asking them to stop contacting me to no available. They call my cell phone, and email, each 3-4 times per year. I have begged them, asked politely, cussed them, you name it they don't care. I emailed and called them, every time it's some person in India with broken English who made promises they would stop. I am tired of this endless spam and would recommend you not do business with them on this issue alone.

I added them to my phone block list a few years ago, and my spam filters, but they occasionally change phone numbers and emails to get around it. Today, 9 years late... I received another spammy email.

I was a LogoJeez customer and they merged with LogoDesignPros and that is when my issues started. I have talked to 5 different support people and not one has returned my call with an answer to my issue. The customer support and attitude on this site is just about the worst I have experienced to-date. I canceled two jobs that I started with LogoJeez. If they they can't respond and send the CD's for work done, how can I believe they will make good on a new order? Heads-up Be careful with this company!
