I was looking for a company to help us setting up an online store with a fully responsive and customized web page. While searching for few companies, I came across Logo Design Pros reviews over a review site, I decided to start dealing with them, I checked their website and packages and found them heavenly cheap as compared to other companies. After getting connected with them on call, i explained my idea and budget, they were pretty fine with that.

I must say I myself was a bit confused what I exactly wanted in my website but I gave them few examples to deliver what I had in mind. The project started off without any hassle and I was kept in loop by my manager every time, I constantly bugged them about the changes/revisions and they respond it too nicely.

Finally my project of an e-commerce store ended up with something really amazing, it was beyond my expectation. I asked few of my clients and friends for a feedback and I was overwhelmed with the response I received. I am really very happy with the results. I am earning well through my store and most of the credit goes to Logo Design Pros and their quality work.

PLEASE! PLEASE! Don't ever use this company even if you are desperate and have no OPTIONS! They are a bunch of Liars- Chris O connel, Greg Adams, Eric, Lloyd-- I've dealt with each one of them-- they don't ever refund your money back and you are left chasing for your money. They hang up if you ask for your refund- all that 100% refund is crap - it will be now almost a year since I am asking for my money and still haven't seen any-- we are looking at around$3000! It just seems very funny and they actually chuckle if you ask them for your money back-- absolutely rubbish designs -- very quick to grab the money and never meet deadlines to post the designs!

Very rude, unprofessional, inexeperienced and full of lies. They are NOT proper website developers or designers. They are a ONE MAN BAND that change their names and accents to seem like a big company. STAY WELL AWAY!

I can say this from my personal experience that Logo Design Pros does a great job for entrepreneurs and businesses like me. I opened my car showroom in San Diego CA in Dec 2013, and since then I've been looking for a professional design company to design my business website. A close friend referred me to look for Logo Design pros and I was impressed with their portfolio. The representative was a really nice guy who carefully listened to my requirements and told me about their web designs packages. Filling up the order brief form I was delighted with the fact that the company offers web hosting, and I quickly made my mind to give it a try.

The initial homepage design concepts were great, though I asked for a few minor adjustments, but the entire website turned out to be really good. I showed the design to my business partner and he was happy too. Well, first of all they advertise a 100% money back guarantee, so if you intent, like me, to stop work because of poor workmanship, good luck.

They actually said many times that I would see my refund soon, had to harp at them several weeks and now it has been three months and I had to file a complaint against them via the credit card company. Well forget ever seing that money back, Even if the website advertises 100% money back, it sound more like MONEY BACK AS LONG AS YOU DO NOT COMPLAIN. Btw we are talking about 378USD $... Very very poor. And after a bit of research I found out that logojeez.com is the same business as logodesignpros even if they try to make you beleive they are both different business... CHEATERS and ROBBERS, that is all!

Logo Design pros is Deceptive, Sneaky and Very crafty. Reading some of the reviews i no doubt believe that alot of the reviews posted were by logo design pros insiders team themselves. Its funny how nobody actually tells people what company they are from and what they actually did or what designs or logo they produced or even a link. The positive reviews here are fake and the negative ones are real. This company runs from a PO BOX and is based in india or pakistan claiming they run from Usa, they have NO company registration number and no complaints procedure. THEY ARE NOT BBB Regulated that says it all. They ARE NOT regulated. Say goodbye to your Money when they have it, its a big SCAM

I would never use this group EVER AGAIN BUT, this relationship was already established by my boss and there is too much money to lose right now.

I began working with them in October on our website. The "web pages" were already designed and we just needed to edit the content, build the site and go live. Simple, right? Not so much...

Our content consists of only four documents. Despite the simplicity here, they have managed top continually screw up content formatting and placement of these four documents repeatedly. So much so that i am now sending them fresh copies for the third time now!

It is now half way through December and we still do not have our website. Customer service is horrible, technical knowledge is mediocre at best and timeliness is non-existent.

I've built my own website from scratch through Wordpress and had a working website, with many more moving parts than this one and it was live in a week. These clowns haven't been able to do in nearly 3 months what an inexperienced novice could accomplish 1 tenth the time.
