Hey, I am John Stewart. It has been three months that I have started my salon with two of my friends. When we sat together to decide on how our logo would look like, we were quite confused as we couldn’t come up with any good idea. At times we even had small arguments as we weren’t able to decide anything much attractive to be used as a logo. It was then that we decided to take help from LogoDesignPros. We saw their advertisement on BBC and were convinced to contact them. It really worked. We all were very glad to see how our order was responded by these people. They took only a day to give us the logo design that justly complemented our business. The colours, the fonts, everything was so perfect that we couldn’t resist praising them. With the help of this logo, we started the initial promotion of our salon and today we have a large clientele. We appreciate and thank Logo Design Pros for their superb work!

I haven't used their service for more than 10 years and they sent me and A friend a text messaging stating our company was at risk of trademark infringement. They are doing anything possible to get you to use their services included soliciting and sending false information. In addition during Covid I was bombarded with calls asking me if I needed more logos. First of all the logo they did 10 years ago sucked really bad and I had to basically designed most of it. I finally settled on one of their designs but honestly I disliked it. I designed my new logos without their service. Below is the text message my friend and I got.

Hi XXX, this is XXX, Sr. Paralegal Officer from Logo Design Pros. You had your logo designed by us back in 20XX, hopefully you are still using it. If so, we would like to bring to your knowledge that some other applicant applied for the Trademark application for the same business name as yours, but if we proceed with his application and if he gets the federal ownership and protection for this mark/name then you'll be required to cease all use of this name as per the Trademark Law.

The design service of Logo Design Pros is really very awesome. My new business got an amazing response because of its logo design and that was designed by them. I wasn't expecting this much creativity while I was signing up on their website it may be because I have never had any experience working with any company over internet. This made me skeptical a bit at that time. But by the time in singed up, i received a call immediately from one of their representatives regarding my requirements and business nature.
As soon as I confirmed the order, I received the email and from that time the overall process seemed very transparent to me. From beginning till end the guy who was managing my account was very courteous and polite. Now I ordered my 2nd project of website, animated video, and stationery design to the same team with the special request to keep the theme of my logo alive in everything. Lets see what they come up with this time. I am excited.

Although signing up with them and picking a package can be a little tricky, I LOVE the work they have done for me. You have to know what you want and be direct with your feedback, but I got exactly what I asked for at a great price. Jose has been awesone and I feel like they are really part of the team that supports my lastest start-up. I would definitely use them again and again! I've worked with a lot of different design/graphic people and companies and logodesignpros have been the best by far.

For past 1 year, we were in a need to rebrand our business but couldn’t come up with a logo design that defines our company philosophy. We ran a design contest but it was of no use as no one came up with anything worth going for. As a last try I contacted logo design pros on my friend’s suggestion. Now after getting a logo design from them, I am delighted and completely satisfied as it is exactly the way I wanted it to be. My sincere thanks to Team logo design pros.

They do not do what they say they are going to do. There so called website is nothing more than a generic template that they make you fill out all the content. Don't bother calling or emailing because nothing gets fixed and they are always saying it's not there problem or fault when it actually is. 5 months after I paid $1400 my website still is not up. This is not the first problem with this company. Use someone else. These guys are scamers.

Logo Design pros completed my project right on time. I even loved the initial samples of logo designs the sent. Truly worth the money. I wish i had contacted them 2 months back when i wasted my money on another company.

Saying this in comparison of all my past experiences, the work quality of Logo Design pros is way above than any other company. If you are a new start up or even an existing company, I STRONGLY suggest them to get your brand new or revamped logo. From the very first sample till last delivery, you will be happy on the decision that you contacted them.

BEWARE! Paid $300, yet waited 9 days for logo concepts - logodesignpros promised concepts within 24 hours on their website. The 9 day wait is not the reason I'm writing this review, the fact that those concepts looked as if they were slopped together in 7 minutes in Microsoft paint, is the reason. Demanded refund, and they ignored me. I used VX Logos (www.vxlogos.com) since my friend recommended it to me after logodesignpros scammed me, and couldn't be happier!

O. K, so I was just looking for a logo design, without much of an investment. Googling some logo design service, I came across Logo Design Pros and their Unlimited Package was just what I needed. Being quite a difficult client, I do confess to using the Unlimited Design package to my satisfaction. They were very patient with me and catered to my demands well. I asked for several revisions and they were ready to get along with it. I received several logo designs which I did conduct a check upon and it was original and not template based like how I was afraid it would be. I was given the leisure to select the best designs and get unlimited revisions even on that. After a few days, my logo design was finalized and I got a great design. Im planning to get a website design from these guys. Let's see how this works out.

The is company is terrible. We ordered the 3 design package and they sent the 3 designs to us and each design had 2 different backgrounds... they misspelled our company name so we asked them to revise the designs and resend. We received them about 4 days later... 2 days after they were promised. We get the new graphics and say we want to pay for the order and then they tell us that we ordered 12 designs not 3 and that we own them for the 12 designs. So they put our 3 logo choices on 2 different backgrounds and that counts for 6 designs. Then they make a spelling error that we ask to be corrected and that counts for 6 more... Such a rip off. 2 weeks after the process started a I still have no logo because I refused to pay them for work they did not do.

We were happy with the designs so it has nothing to do with not being happy with the work we just don't want to be ripped off!

DON'T THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY. I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews before wasting my money with this "company". I have been waiting more than 9 months for them to finish my website. They are incompetent, unreliable and inept. They don't know how to develop a website. They follow tutorials. And when they can't figure them out, they expect the customer to do the work. Good luck getting email and phone call responses! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Keep up the good work. Just want to say that we are getting an amazing feedback on our animated promo video. All my visitors appreciate the animation and concept behind it. Very well done!

Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. If you're looking for upscale, innovative and original work go elsewhere, or prepare to spoon feed them your design that they will take credit for. I was working with a man named Mark Stanton for months on a logo, shortly after he "moved" to another office and left me without a contact.

I have $2000 invested in this and believe the horror stories of asking for money back. I've got to push through with this and get my website done. Unfortunately I anticipate a very lengthy process due to the editors inability to come up with original work, and its evident that they don't take direction. 18 revisions done on a logo that I'd given entire specifics on and it was like trying to teach a baby how to speak.

If you're looking for basic, unoriginal, website and logo design then these guys are your contact. But be ware of the lack of customer service. Also be aware that they will act like they are better than you and talk down to you. I would Strongly recommend going elsewhere and kick these guys to the curb.

I was referred to this company by a friend, who spoke highly of them. I should've done my research. There's a reason why there's always a dramatic sale of 80-90% off. You get what you pay for.
