Logo Design Pros

LogoDesignPros never sent me the logo I paid for. Attempts to contact them on multiple occasions have been met with radio silence. I have had to register a dispute in an attempt to get my money back, but am hoping to help others avoid the same mistake. Do not give LogoDesignPros your money.

I originally used them in 2007 and they provided me with a logo. No problems, everything was great. Then in 2019, we were rebranding, so I decided to go back with them. The order included a revise logo and slogan, create a website, a marketing video, and created social media handles. I only received the logo and slogan. I had paid up front. Once we rolled out our new brand I had nothing, but a logo. Everything else was dropped. They had over 4 months head to get this job done. They fail me, my company, and our marketing efforts. I do not recommend this company.

I do not know anyone that works for the company other than the gentlemen that worked on my project three years ago. They created my logo, facebook banner, and twitter banner. They were very professional and met all of my deadlines. I had a positive experience and often receive compliments about my logo. They are well trained and very polite. I will be contacting them shortly for another project.

I contacted logo design pros for creating a new logo design for my business as I never got good feedback about the first one which I had created myself with a tool. They helped me out of the situation as I did not want a completely different logo so my customers would know its the same company. They created a very nice logo for me which I approved as it was also related to my previous design and is a nice piece of design.

I've been a customer for 10 years. Although my earlier experiences were positive, my opinion has changed drastically during the last few months. I prepaid for a new website design, SEO content, and an app. That was a huge mistake. It's been several months and my website has not been published. The SEO content and app have not yet begun. What's worse, is that I have spoken to support multiple times during the last couple of months. They assure me that the site will be live within a couple of days. It's still not live. Do not prepay for services with this company.

I paid for a website 2 years ago £500 and they started out fine with 2 way conversations, feedbacks and proofs being sent on a weekley basis.
My website was 80% finished and as I was about to agree and make it live they disappear of the face of the earth! Anyone know why or where?
I read a lot of comments that they are scammers etc (I am fumming and would like to believe this) however, if they are, why would they bother doing 80% of the work? Anyone got any advice?

We have purchased a great deal of logoed merchandise from LogoUp. In the past, they have been notorious for failing to send out orders within the timeframe they boast about on their webpage. Beyond that, the do not attempt to communicate with their customers about missing their self-set deadlines. That being said, we recently placed another order with them. They were running a decent sale on hats. We were willing to place an additional order with them because we did not need the hats within a specific timeframe - meaning, as per usual, they could be late with their deadline. Much to our surprise, they cancelled our order. My husband contacted them over the phone and they stated that they no longer wanted our business. I am writing a review today because I feel that their lower prices are not worth the headache they invoke for small business owners. All should be made aware that customer service is very low on this company's priority list - pitifully low.

Will spam you with sales calls week after week for years after. Doesnt matter how nice you ask them not to call again, they keep calling again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again... I think you get the picture.
Pay more elsewhere, its worth it!

I am writing this review to thank entire team of Logo Design Pros for the amazing service. I was not sure before contacting them whether it'd be worth it or not but they proved me wrong. My website is live within a month. Thanks!

Normally I do not believe in dealing with online companies, especially after hearing so many stories about scams and frauds, but I gave Logo Design Pros a try because of many positive reviews about them over internet. My order was a website design which they delivered within 5 days without compromising on quality. The design, development and everything was up to the mark and is much better than any other company could have done. I really really feel glad that I contacted them.

CROOKS AND LIARS! I wish I had read other peoples reviews before I forked over $250 to these guys.

At first they come off very professional and on the ball. Very polite.

Your first indication you have been taken is when they don't meet there deadlines... it gets worse from there.

2 or 3 days turns into 3 or 4 weeks... and you will be lied to every step of way when you call! Always some BS about how it was sent to you but a technical problem stopped you from getting it.

Its been a month and I still don't have anything.

I'm turning them into the better business bureau today... they need to be shut down!

With a limited budget, our team had to get our ecommerce website up without much delay. After browsing through numerous ecommerce web design services, we came across Logo Design Pros' ecommerce package, which was quite affordable for us. Not only do they give you an ecommerce design but other stuff such as logos, stationery designs, social media page designs too! This was the perfect combination and exactly what we were looking for! We didn't have to go different services for different designs. One place and we got it all. This was a huge project and as expected, there were several delays and interruptions, but we appreciate the commitment these guys had. The project manager did not disappoint me and kept me up to date with the progress. The only minor drawback was their timely execution. There were times when they did miss a deadline, but with the quality of work we received, it could be neglected. Over-all, Logo Design Pros was quite friendly and delivered me a good running website.

Having worked with two other design companies, I can say this without any doubt that Logo Design Pros exceeded my expectations by all means. Although I asked for a few revisions in the initial samples they sent but all those changes were implemented without any hassle. I sincerely appreciate the effort their creative team put in to make their client satisfied.

Hello, I am very happy with the quality of the products. One small comment though, it would've been great if you could deliver the project on our agreed deadline. I am sure that is possible if the design team pay attention to minor details in my order brief and revision comments. Anyway I'm delighted with the final results and will be looking forward to work with you guys again.

I contacted logo design pros again for the glitch that appeared on my website last week. Although i have already closed my project with them but they listen to it and resolve it as soon as they can. Now, what else a client needs!
