Is there a way to give 0 stars. I am embarrassed to say that i have fallen prey to these guys. Such scumbags and i just dont have words to elaborate.

Please do your research before you jump into conclusions, if you have the money to spend please do find the ones which you think are expensive. Its just a waste of time begging and running behind these fools to get your work done. You are better off learning how to design a website yourself.

I wish nothing but hell breaking loose on these goons

While their initial logo samples were great when it came to revisions they let me down. I asked for only a few basic revisions, to change the color of two words to one particular color and make them larger, and also change the color of a different word to a different particular color. I have had to call them on two separate occasions and also live chatted with them on three and my design is still not complete. I'm hoping the sixth time is the charm. I will say that I only payed $172 for this logo and compared to other design sites is dirt cheap. So if you don't mind the extra hassle than save yourself some money otherwise... go elsewhere.

Logo Design Pros and its team have proved once again that they are the best. I have completed two projects from them so far, and I must say that they’ve delivered beyond my expectations. This time my package had a logo design, stationery design and a 5 page website that includes web hosting as well. I was not only impressed with the initial samples of logo and website, but the stationery set was amazing as well! All in all, I had not faced any difficulty throughout the process. My account manager kept me informed about the status of my order and delivered everything on time. Very good experience!

The team at LDP is a pro; they studied my consultation business and designed a website, pixel to pixel, right according to my requirements. My clients can post reservation on the website and discuss their ideas with me. A case study section showcases my previous work and encourages new clients to consult. In a nutshell, I am doing much better and my clients are happier than ever, which I owe to Logo Design Pros.

They start off being nice to suck you into a contract. Then once you've made your payment, they play games. Their web designers are inexperienced and have to correct simple designs and concepts many times before the get it right. If you are a versed client who knows what you want, then they make excuses, waste your time and give you a sub-standard work. Reps like Lloyd and Harris need customer service refreshers. Their lead project manager CHRIS Reid is a liar and so arrogant. Sadly the owner never seem to be bothered by all of this. It amazes me that they are still in business.

With all these negative Logo Design Pros reviews here, guess I'm a lucky guy cuz they proved to be quite efficient. To test waters I decided to opt for their lowest $95 logo package. Apart from a few delays, they did a good job. They entertained my requests for several revisions and delivered a customized logo design…. Thank God for that cuz I've been doped by so called professional freelance designers several times who gave me silly templates instead of proper logos. Logo Design Pros is now currently creating a website design for me. Will keep ya'll posted with the progress of that too.

So far my experience has been pretty bad. I have sent emails and got no reply from my 'account manager'. When questioned he said that he had replied. When I spoke to him on the phone he had the weirdest accent and when I asked where they were based he said 'Central London' and that he was from 'aussie'. Clearly an Indian. But wasn't bothered to embarrass him any further. I was told unlimited concepts and unlimited revisions but then when I asked for more concepts I was told I 'misheard'. My initial set of logos are actually not too bad. And there's one or two that might be appropriate. I've sent my amendments. But again no reply. So I shall wait and see what they come up with... if they ever get back to me. Wish I had read this site before committing. I Wont be recommending. I'll keep you all posted on the final logo!

It seems like I am not the only one who is overwhelmed with the service of Logo Design Pros. I have had a real bad experience with a company that runs design contest on website. I submitted my project there, and still wasn't able to get what i have been looking for. They claimed that they have world's best designers registered on their website, but the reality was against my expectation. What I got was few sketched logos which looked like someone designed them on paint. It was a nightmare, seriously!

I gave logo design pros a chance and now my after reviewing my final design samples; I must acknowledge that they are far better than any other company. Not only my request was processed within few hours but I received a very courteous response on all revisions I asked for. It was really very hard to pick which one was best. Logo Design Pros exceeded my expectations in almost half of the money I wasted on other companies.

Logo Design Pros was a good experience for me. Call it desperation but I badly needed a professional design company to work on an important project. I couldn’t risk hiring a freelance designer from the land of nowhere. A friend recommended Logo Design Pros and though I was intimidated with the whole idea, I decided to go for it. Apparently, they turned out to be quite supportive and understanding. Not only did they deliver me an urgent project on time, but also helped me understand the designs and color combinations that was best for my business. The only minor setback was communication issues. I couldn’t get in touch with the support staff as effectively as I expected, but other than that, I am satisfied with their services.

My experience with Logo Design Pros was professional from start to finish. Their team was very cooperative and helped to get my site up and running live. The whole team did a wonderful job and I am really impressed with the color scheme balance, design, and layout. Within just few weeks I was able to see it appearing in search engine results. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you.

I contacted Logo Design Pros for creating a logo for our newly established NGO. Initially we provided an idea of how our logo should look like but after initial samples, we realized that the idea didn’t work. Honestly, we were confused with what to do just when our account manager recommended us a few concepts after consulting his team. We loved how creatively he managed to give us what we wanted. We approved the concepts and when the final logos were delivered, we realized that not only were they up to the standards but far better than the idea we conveyed before.

I have also used logodesignpros for a logo design. I think it is better than most logo design companies are. I spoke their customer support to explain my concept, they forwarded me to a designer, and this person was very good at his job. He listened intently and sent me a few initial samples within next few hours. I was worried that I will not be able to convey my idea but was surprised to see that they picked it up. The first samples were not exactly what I needed but were close and after a few revisions, I had the logo I wanted. My overall experience with the company was satisfying.

I'm convinced that the good reviews are fake just like the names of the people who work there. I was supposed to get a logo design and e-commerce site. They got their money in July 2014 and I still don't have a a website. The phone numbers are no good and they refuse to return my calls. I have turned them to everyone who will listen. I don't want to support terrorist so I also turned them in to the FBI. All they had to do was give me a refund!
