My grandchildren accessed Live Career Services to put design resumes. The forgot to tell me about the trial service agreement and my credit card was charged a full month's fee. Fortunately, I spoke with a customer service representative named Nomar, who besides very friendly and absolute pleasure to talk with, took care of the situation for me without hassles and arranged for a full refund of the fee. I was not treated like this is a "gotcha" situation. Their customer service employee represented the company with the upmost integrity and respect. A job well done! I certainly encourage others to give Live Career Services a try. They are reputable and stand by their customer satisfaction.
Before CVNow most of the time I did not receive any response from recruiters, but now every send has an answer! My CV is now read by them.

I signed up thinking I was getting a one time resume and ended up getting my credit card billed $50 per month for a service I was not using. Pretty much a scam. I sombody doesnt sign up after 14 days chances are they are not interested so you keep billing them?! I wasted $200. I will never use this service again or would I recommend to anybody

I contacted the customer service line today trying to better understand why my husbands bank account and my bank account was being charged for LiveCareer Resume Builder of $39.80 each, per month. I was so very thankful Ener was there on the other line as he is very awesome, pleasant, respectful, never once questioned me as the consumer and extremely thorough looking over both of our charges only to find out for some odd reason my husband and I had 2 LiveCareer accounts for no reason at all. I have no clue the reason behind this, and a lil embarrassed that my husband and I did not ever communicate these charges until now too. Only thing I can think of is our computer saves our username and passwords on your website so never had we questions whose account was what, or that we even both had 2 accounts.
Besides that point, Ener went over and beyond explaining to me all along the way what he was doing to make sure I was clear with his actions and he looked back at the activity on both accounts and saw that we use acnt# ******* and saw that we use that account quite often and we are VERY satisfied with our services actually. He then looked at the account that was tied to my bank account and saw that I had only used it once on May 2015 when the account originated from.
Well needless to say I asked Ener if he could PLEASE cancel that account, and please credit back my bank account for the $517.40 total for the whole year if no use and he was able to only credit back my account 5 months worth with his limitations... BUT... the other GREAT news is Ener went over and beyond AGAIN and reached out to upper management to see if I could get credited back for the full 13 months of non use due to the fact I am a loyal customer and have been and due to the odd situation.
So all I gotta say in conclusion is after being in customer service all my working life, ENER was the BEST CS Rep I have ever ever worked with and I really feel he deserves to be recognized for it for sure! THANK YOU SOOO MUCH ENER, we never ever get great news like this HE MADE MY DAY... shoot what am I talking about he made my YEAR! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

It was a very simple thing. I had no trouble making a resume. I wish that it wouldn't have been one of those "cancel b4 this certain time period or else you will b charged a monthly fee" thing.

I customized my resume through "Resume Now" which provides a great service and quality, my only problem was related to auto renew subscription. My subscription got renewed automatically and I got charged for $ 19.95 (I think the price is high) I thought you only get charged per customization or single service, I never noticed that my subscription was going to get auto-renewed, and that I was going to get charged. I presented my problem to an agent through the live chat, and the customer service was incredibly good, I got my problem solved really quick. Thank you for your service, my only suggestion is to make it more affordable.

They were able to log on to my account and correct any problems that I was having. All I had to do was push Refresh and it was done! The Resume Check is also a great feature.

However you can download a plain text version of your resume for free. Answer: This is what the site advertised: For 14 day access, $14.95, and for a year $39.80. However, signing up for ANY service aloows the site to store your payment information for further billing, and getting in touch with them, much less obtaining help is nigh impossible. After two weeks they will pull $39.80 MONTHLY from your payment method (please see my review and others on Google and yelp for further verification of this).

Answer: I had to cancel my Debit Card account with Bank of America, because the Bank refused to block LiveCareer from my account. I wonder if they are in cahoots or what? I believe a class action suit may be required so we can get our funds back.
Answer: Call your bank and change your card number Call them and let them know you have contacted your bank and will contact the better business bureau of you don't get a full refund. Then contact the better bBB and file a formal complaint. You will have a refund within a week. That's how I got my money back
