I bid and won two diamond rings. Shortly after purchase I received information they were preparing the items for shipment. Even after getting my credit card company involved due to items not being sent these scammers still have not made good on their promises to ship the item or a refund. Let's just say one month later I still have no rings and all updates from DTLA has ceased. Don't waste your money, there is no one to talk to and sadly you are just sending emails to the universe as they stop responding once your emails become too frequent with questions about the validity of the company due to them stealing your money with no product to show. I am sure there are many people out there that got taken advantage of by these people. Please speak up so others will not fall victim to this fraud

I've been trying to win the item for about a month. The auction in question has an expiration, but is renewed each time. I contacted customer service who provided non-existent and totally useless assistance. They even stopped responding.

Totally unreliable site. Unverified stores that continue to do what they like. An auction site that is not an auction site.

I have watched for weeks now auctions on this site of 1 oz gold bars and in every instance the "buyer" is paying more than the spot price for gold before they get the 20% buyer's premium and in some cases taxes. How is this possible? Are they stupid and don't realize they can buy gold bars at retail for less and gold bars of that size bear no federal taxes. Also, I've participated in auctions here where higher bids get withdrawn at the last moment. Sure feels like bid rigging.

I have been trading with antiques for more than 30 years. (From before the Internet, when you had to actually go to physical auction house to bid).
Here are a couple of FACTS, based on more than 30 years of experience:

- LiveAuctioneers often have a "Byers Premium" between 25-33%, which is very high.

- Picture quality is the absolutely poorest that I have EVER seen, at any online auction site. (This is a strong warning sign, since that almost always is because the seller wants to hide flaws from a potential buyer).

- The seller's description of the items is almost always non existent, or very, very poor. (This is also to hide potential flaws).

- VERY few sellers offers "in house shipping", so you will have to contact a third party shipper. This becomes costly, and time consuming.

- Their payment system is absolute garbage.
I use the same credit card for at least 50 international auction houses and sites, and Live Auctioneers cannot get it to work.

I do NOT recommend using them at all.

DO NOT USE! He will rip you off to no end. I had an estate sale and he has about 10 people show up who are all his buddy's and he decides he is going to auction everything off and it all goes for about $5.00. He had two of his buddies show up who bought $2000 of furniture, tools, yard equipment, it was all worth at least $10,000 and they got it all for $2000. If you want to be ripped off use him. I would have rather given my stuff away than let them have it for almost nothing. He is one big thief. DO NOT USE HIM!

I registered and was approved to bid on a coin auction I was excited had MANY bids in put the bids in 5 days before auction when aucti started I could not enter lost all my bids kept getting message over and over to sit tight auction will begin shortly! Called auction house they said live auctioneers was running it they couldn't help Live auctioneers did NOT help and gave no explanation what happened many of my bids were won by one bid over move $5 I couldn't bid again the kicker! Was a " funny back "note I wanted bid minimum $20 5 days before auction said I was the high bidder winning ( I was the ONLY bidder then) got email I lost that too BUT it sold for my bid $20 So I called and asked how nobody bid $25 but I lost she told me "undisclosed bidder on another platform "? Put a bid in before the auction started I said yes that was me! I was the first bid And only bid! Hung up on me that makes me think that possibly some employees are " helping" bidders they know get items for cheap by blocking other bidders I think that would be fraud i bid in good faith Live auctioneers still hasn't given any real why it happened btw I've been a good customer many auctions always paid this auction was bogus Imgoing to file a complaint want it investigated by the state agency maybe they do this a lot to alot of people! I have MANY screenshots to prove what I'm alleging

I signed up to be an auctioneer, all items where mine, all photgrapghs where mine my descriptions where mine, live auctioneer decided camcel my auction with over 107k bids, stole my money $500 sign up fee, worst customer service ever, they said they can do this because new auction BS... no customer support to help, when call them thet say emsil them, They ask me email them photos my auction and I did and they decided cancel my accouint

A great disappointment to learn after signing up for online security service, it quickly showed that liveauctioneers.com allowed my personal information to be broadcast to the world This explains the 20 calls I get from India a day. I've had this phone number my entire life and this website made it worthless.
