Liftad has horrible quality rugs. I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. Their images are edited, and gravely misleading. I asked to return it after received and due to their complicated, and unjust policy, I could not. They said I had to ship it back to China, out of my own pocket, in order to be reimbursed, which would result in paying more money to ship it back, than the original amount I paid for it. Their support system was extremely unhelpful, and they only gave me a small percentage back for a reimbursement. They even told me to resell it online. Well I tried, because they left me no other option, and I tried to resell their overprices $100 rug for $10 on multiple platforms, and nobody wanted it. I regret every engaging with this company. I hope they pay their graphic designer/photo editor a lot, because that's the only reason why they're selling.

Scams over and over again! Don't purchase!

Lost my items 2 times now and I ordered back in Feb and it shipped in March, suppose to arrive in May… for nothing
Resent it supposedly and it got lost again… wow what a coincidence again… and now we are in Sept… and still waiting another 4 weeks for my Dining table to come in. These people have no empathy for how much time and money has been wasted here on our end.

Horrible quality, do not buy!

I have received my order this week. I'm very unhappy with it:
- 1st the cardboard was in a very bad shape when i received it. Open on the edge
- when i open it a cockroach was inside!
- all the pieces were dirty and with polystyrene everywhere
- the quality is very bad: drawer damaged and when i screw one of the leg, the quality is so bad that the screw break away of the leg, so the desk could not even stand up.

I tried to contact them, and it is a stupid bot that answer that say that it is not their faul. They suggested a 5% refund!

I purchased a chandelier with Lutfad. It took them over a month for it to arrive. When it did arrived, the boxes was badly beaten and the product inside was not securely packed. Items was all over the place. I requested a return and they will not accept it. The reason the support team give is, if they send it it to you and if the product is what you ordered is correct, t you can not return if it's in working order. How am I to know if the products is in working order when I do not want the item for poor quality.
Do not buy because you will not be able to return to them. A company like this should not have consumer support for them to stay in business.

Broken desk
December 11, 2022

Ordered a modern writing desk. It was delivered completely damaged. We have detail pictures of the shipping carton and the pallets as well as notating on the bill of lading that it was damaged. They did not want to hear it. They wanted me to ship this heavy desk back to China, which would have cost me more than the original price of $850 that I paid. Customer service Offered to send me just the broken piece but it will take two months. I said I did not want to wait that long and I prefer to get a refund and have them pick it up. They will not pick it up and they want me to pay to send it to them and they also want to charge me for the shipping For sending it to me

Shipped 220v lights
December 12, 2022

I bought a pair of wall mounted reading lights. First, one came with a broken wire. When I contacted them, they sent me a new wire (I had to rewire it myself). When I go to mount them we discover they are 220v - US standard is 110v. It's too late to send them back, so I'm out hundreds of dollars on a pair of lights that won't work in the US. Wish I had never come across their site.

Scam company
December 23, 2023

I ordered a bookcase from liftad over a month ago. When I received my order, I noticed there are scratches and damages on my order. I also noticed there are some glued parts that are loose now. I asked for a refund and they told me their base in China and I need to pay the return shipping fee and clearance fee.
All I can say is, this is their strategy to get money from the customers and if they are unhappy, then they will offer a 5-10% refund. This is certainly a scam.

This place is a scam. Do not shop here. The items they send you are not the items in the picture. They are pieces of crap they built themselves. And once you realize that they will not return your money. They are stealing from you. Do not shop from them.

Ordered a bookshelf from LitFad. They said it would arrive in 7-10 business days. It took over 4 weeks to get here. The shelf arrived in shambles. The box was crushed and the foam was coming out of it in tiny pieces as it had been damaged that badly. It looked like the shipping company shrink wrapped it trying to keep it together.

I tried to get a return set up and after over 20 emails back and forth we gave up. After 6 emails they finally sent me a return address. But in the meantime they kept offering a % off to keep the item. They kept saying we had to pay return shipping and I kept asking for them to show me in the policy. They couldn't do that.

This place is a complete sham. We are out $185 dollars on a bookshelf. Do NOT buy or do business with Litfad!

DO NOT ORDER FROM LITFAD

WARNING - WARNING - Do not order from Litfad... I placed an order over 2 months ago and my item has not even shipped. There has been nothing done to accommodate me for all the delays. There should have been some type of notice prior to ordering indicating a tentative ETA, but that was not done. It was only after waiting at least a month that I learned my item would not arrive within a reasonable amount of time. I don't even know if the item will look as expected. I will NEVER order from this company and caution anyone else to be weary of this company as well.

I would add photos, but I don't have my product to take pictures of.

I purchased a floating media center from Litfad. Prior to making the purchase, I went to their chat feature and asked customer service a few questions I had prior to making the purchase. They answered my questions kind of strangely (I thought it was a translation issue) but to my satisfaction and so I made the purchase. When I received the product, it was not the one I wanted, and some of the features I confirmed in the chat were missing...they sent me the wrong item with missing features.
I emailed them and asked for an exchange, but they wanted me to send the item back at my expense. Sending a 95-pound crate back to China would be hundreds of dollars. Still disbuting.
They did not take responsibility and they wanted me to pay for their mistake.
Stay Away...even if you are tempted!

Buyer Beware

Litfad are a company in China, they are not located in Australia. 2 of the items we received were damaged and one had no hardware or instructions. The 3rd item just never arrived. The company are difficult to deal with as all corespondent is by text or email, there is no phone number to call.

Poor customer service. Instructions did not come with the product. Professional handyman could not put it together because parts are missing and holes misaligned. Cannot get a response from customer service. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM Litfad!

Litfad is a corrupt scamming operation: BEWARE!
On May 25th I ordered what Litfad calls their "Industrial Design Open Back Dining Side Chair" for just under three hundred dollars, plus about sixty dollars shipping. This is a substantial price for a side chair, but the website shows twelve detailed photos of an extraordinarily handsome and sophisticated "ash wood and leather" chair. I am a furniture designer and can see the difficulty of manufacturing this particular design.
When I received the chair, poorly packaged but luckily undamaged, it was immediately obvious that this was an entirely different chair: stained rubberwood and vinyl, simple in design – the sort of chair that I could pick up at Rooms to Go for $129.
When I informed Litfad that they sent me the wrong chair they tried to insist that they had, indeed, sent me the chair advertised. Then they said it was the same chair, but modified in manufacture. As I persisted in protesting this scam for the next six weeks (38 messages in all) their story changed from day to day. After a while they offered me a ten per cent refund, then were willing for me to return the chair, then not… Ultimately, they refused to send me the promised return shipping information, and I had no choice but to accept their final refund offer: forty per cent.
Happy ending? Hardly. I still paid over twice what it's worth for a cheap, ordinary chair I do not want, after going through nearly two months of misery in trying to get them to do the right thing. The clincher: they still have the same photos of the beautiful sophisticated chair on their site, available for $299.92. They have never had that chair, and the scam continues.

Damaged Desk
March 22, 2023

Litfad sent us a damaged children's desk. The company return policy was terrible for damaged items. They told us it would cost us more to return the package to Hong Kong than the desk was worth. We tried to comply with their requests to send pictures of the damaged pieces, but there were so many pieces that it was not possible to ship them. We wanted a new desk shipped for free, but they were unwilling to do so. Their packaging was not substantial for shipping all the way from Hong Kong. It is no wonder the pieces were severely damaged. Do not make a purchase from this company.

2 of 6 boxes arrived completely destroyed, i have a broken panel w/ chips & scratches on other pieces. Moreover, my remaining shipment is on hold at the delivery center due to a "credit issue" from Litfad's end, did they not pay their bills? Not only did Litfad made me contact their delivery company that THEY hired, find out the problem myself, relayed the issue back to Litfad, they had the audacity to tell me they couldn't call their delivery company and told ME to provide an email or livechat contact. So i did, and still Litfad support was unwilling to help. I tried to find a phone number for Litfad customer service, but there was none, only live chat, this guy took me once again in circles, said he is unable to help via live chat, that i need to go back to emailing Litfad support before hanging up on me. I wish i read these reviews before i bought from them, because i wouldn't have.

I also did not read the reviews before purchasing the desk. I ordered it in November and it is March and still cannot use the desk. It took two months to receive it, got broken pieces with no instructions or labeled parts. Requested new parts, that took another two months to get and still got the wrong parts. Inquired about instructions, they sent me a 1 page instruction. None of the parts are labeled and neither are the directions. Hired a handyman who spent 8 hours to put it together and could not finish it. I received parts to another product and not for my desk. Am awaiting a reply from customer service who only responds via email and keeps requesting the same information. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

How are people giving 5 stars for receiving broken items? And 5 starts despite waiting months and months? Totally scam reviews to go with the scam company. Do not buy from this "company." Even if they fixed the broken items, they cannot receive 5 stars. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.
