I have started contacting all the companies enabling Litfad and would be grateful if others would do the same. We can't just let them keep doing this.

This website is a scam, and has been conning people out of money for over 10 years.
* They lie about the products they are selling, showing 3D renderings, and delivering actual items of very poor quality often looking nothing like the images or having the stated dimensions
* They ship and package poorly so that products arrive significantly damaged
* They take months to deliver
* Their products do not meet standards required for fire and safety
* when you complain they will offer you a small refund, but despite advertising as shipping being free will not refund shipping.
* If you return the product, you are forced to cover the costs of shipping an customs yourself making it frequently cheaper to just discard the product - a shocking waste of resources and environmental impact
I am contacting companies like yours who are enabling this behaviour and being associated with this brand. I'm sure you would prefer not to be seen as tolerating robbing customers of their hard earned money, and would prefer to do the right thing - which is to stop providing services to them.

I bought a set of chairs. They had the red and black combination I was looking for. I paid $1300. They took 2 months to arrive, which was fine, I was warned it would take a while. One of the chairs came damaged, the red leather seat had dings and marks all over it. I wrote to Litfad, with photos, and they offered me a 10% discount to keep the chairs. I told them I loved the chairs and wasn't looking to send them back, I just needed one replacement for the damaged chair. I wasn't even asking for a full chair - the legs were fine. I needed the chair part. They said they'll send me another seat/back assembly. I finally got it, a month later, and lo and behold, they sent me a seat (without the back) and some screws. These people were assuming that I, a single disabled female, was about to completely deconstruct a chair I paid $300 for to replace the seat alone. I don't even own the tools to do that. If I wanted to build my own furniture, I sure as hell wouldn't be paying $300 a chair. I wrote them back asking what they thought I would do with this lone seat, and they sent me back a pdf with instructions in broken English for disassembling the chair and putting it back together. For $300? Get out of here. It would have cost them nothing to just a completed seat/back assembly so I could screw the legs on and be on my way. I will never order from Litfad again. The last photo is what they sent me as a "replacement."
Customer Service is a complete bust. I have received conflicting stories from them regarding the status of my order, whether it be in regards to tracking my order, tracking numbers provided by them that don't work, inability to provide me with firm arrival dates for my order, simply not replying to my e-mails requesting status updates for my order, and giving vague answers to my questions. I will never use this service again and encourage others to do likewise.
I ordered what looked to be quite a nice modern light fixture for one of my clients. It did arrive, but was a smaller version than depicted on their website and quality was atrocious. This light features dangerous wiring around sharp edges, no ground, an LED driver secured with a small piece of tape and NO electrical certifications. Installed its a fire hazard at best, as it is its completely useless.
I reached out to their support team, and after an exchange of about 30 emails the only resolution i've been able to get to is a) ship it back to china (costs as much as the light did in the first place) or b) accept 1/3 of the total I paid as a refund.
I've initiated the dispute process with my credit card provider and am in process of charging back the entire order on the grounds that this fixture is deemed unfit and unsafe for use in Canada. I now need a signed document from a third party to confirm my claim that this light fixture is unsafe, this whole process has become such a pain but now its become a matter of principle.
To anybody thinking about ordering from LitFad - DONT. They are a scam company, they do not stand behind their products, and if you're lucky enough to recieve yours chances are it won't be what you were expecting - and a return? Forget it - you're stuck with it and you'll be expected to take a loss on it - thats "the best we can do"
For anyone that made the mistake of ordering: Cancel it if you can, or contact your credit card provider if you've recieved your junk in the mail already. Provided you have appropriate grounds for a chargeback dispute, your CC provider should work with you.
Hopefully this can help save someone from repeating my mistake in ordering from these guys!

D) They insist on you to ship back the damaged product to China
E) They will not give you a refund for a damaged product due too their bad packaging and shipping.
F) Avoid Buying any thing from LITFAD by all means. If you do, you will regret it.
Quality is not terrible, but the armoires we ordered had to be assembled, which was not indicated on the web site. There were no instructions provided, we had to request them. The "instructions" were useless, "assemble drawers." Holes were not drilled in the correct places or on the incorrect side. My husband luckily had the tools and skills to make it work, so we are pleased with the result. But am sure many people would not be able to do so. Not worth the money.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. Luckily I was able to file a dispute and get my money back through my bank. But I spent 510$ for 2 new office chairs (about 250 each) The package arrived months late by that time I had already filed a dispute because I read reveiws of these guys being a scam.
2 months later I received a box of literal trash from china.

You get what you pay for; a lot of cool styles but EVERYTHING else is a sham. Poor quality and finish and EXTREMELY SLOW shipping, EVEN WHEN YOU PAY FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING!
Then when it arrives and you need to assemble it, the instructions you get to do it looks like it was copied a thousand times that same day and you simply can't see what to assemble. Lastly, NOT ALL THE PARTS ARE THERE and you have to wait another 2 months to get those from China! JUST DON'T DO IT - IT'S A TOTAL NIGHTMARE!
Cheap and garbage lighting. Came scratched and they refuse a full return. 100% satisfaction bull$hit.
Ordered a desk for my wife in February. Received it in April - damaged of course. One corner was busted severely. Contacted Litfad and they shipped a replacement desktop. Took another 5 weeks to get to me and it too, had two dents with one of them leaving a 1/2" chip of laminate hole. Not impressed. Litfad offered a 5% discount/refund if I keep this damaged one.
After ordering online in a nice photo product I was very disappointed once I received it. The were many places damaged, the quality of the wood is extremely poor, the workmanship looks like it was done with home tools. Extremely disappointed.
I contacted customer services and they offered 5% discount. I refused and after 4 emails they offered 30% discount. I still did not agree and asked for a full refund. They refused so I contacted the payment company and the full amount was refunded within 5 working days. I still assemble it. It looks much worse than expected.

I ordered a bench that was described as dark brown. What was delivered was reddish brown. See photos, When I tried to return, I got the same run around with them offering me tiny fractions of a discount of the price with a percentage increase every time I said no (we landed at 30% after starting at 5%) or me sending it back at my cost with original delivery fees also at my cost. These items are shipped from CHINA so shipping back is a ridiculous option. My bad for not realizing this stuff is all made in China. My bad for not reading reviews before I did business with them. Never again.
I ordered a bed from them almost 3 months ago. In 6 weeks received 6 packages, bed headboard was broken because packaging was really bad. Spent 2 month to get replacement without result. Finally they shipped to me Ceramic Table Top instead of wood Bed Headboard. When I request full refund they told me that I need first shippet all items back to China and pay myself for shipping. Do not repeat my mistake and do not waste your money
I ordered item #******* from Litfad on 3/19/23, which is a Mediterranean Banker Lamp with Pull Chain Stained Glass 1 Light Wall Sconce in Blue - Blue 110V-120V. They told me it would be delivered by 4/7/23 which I thought was a long time. I didn't realize it would be coming from China. I started to wonder if I had been scammed, but then it was finally delivered on 4/27/23 in a damaged box that was all taped together and the styrofoam was also falling apart, but taped together. It took a long time to get the package open since it had so much tape, but when I finally opened it, I noticed there was a screw missing and 1/2 the light was not together. The item doesn't look like the nice picture as it was advertised on line. It looks dingy and clunky and it is too heavy and too big to fit in the space I was going to use it. It is supposed to be a wall sconce, but the directions to install are for a ceiling light. It came with no receipt or paperwork. I emailed the company and they gave me a very hard time in returning it. They said they would send me the screw and give me a 5% refund. When I said I wanted to return it, it had to come in back in the same box. That was impossible, so I had to buy a box. Then they said that I would need to pay the shipping cost to and from my house which is 30,00 one way, so a total of 60.00. I will never order again from this company and I will be sure to read the reviews of the company if I order anything on line again.

My wife and I ordered bar chairs for our kitchen, they arrived with mould and the wrong colour.
We where then instructed to wipe the mould off (easy to clean)
We had just had our first baby so I did a bit more investigating and open the seat up. There was mould throughout the whole seat.
They would not give us a refund.

If ever I buy a piece of furniture refrom this company again, it will be because I've been afflicted with dementia and I can't remember the excruciatingly agonizing experience I've just had with them. I ordered a pair of night tables from them. They looked beautifully designed and were just what I needed. I didn't mind that I had to wait two months for delivery. The company did not help with tracking but I could track they're progress by checking the updates of the cargo ship. I am resourceful. How ever there were no assembly instructions. After contacting them they sent poorly drawn, wordiess instructions. My son, who has engineered skills, came to the rescue and the first table was eventually assembled. The craftsmanship was shoddy but the price was so reasonable that i overlooked that. The real problem occurred with the second table. They shorted me on hardware. Contacting them led to weeks if frustrating emails exchanges and no hardware. The hardware was proprietary or at least impossible for me to find at the many hardware stores I trudged to. Not to be found online either. So i was left with a pile of lumber. All they needed to do was nail 4 small pies of metal, the missing hardware. They promised. They even said they mailed them and offered a 10% refund. But after weeks of waiting, when the hardware didn't arrive and the refund wasn't posted and my pleas for attention to the hardware problem was ignored to the point of being ghosted. So I filed a claim with Paypal, which is when their knives came out. They calked the missing hardware an "order" and wanted to charge me for it. I informed Paypal this wasn't accurate. They negotiated with Paypal. The terms were I would pack ip everything and nail it back to China. Besides this meaning that the first table would have to be dis-assembled, the cost of shipping both units back to China was sizeable. So I'd be out of the initial order money, plus this. And all for the sake of four inset nuts. So I lost my claim to PayPal and had to out ip with snotty emails from Litfad that amounted to a veritable thimbing of the nose.
You'd have to be crazy to buy from this place.
Absolutely the worst experience of my life. Took them 6 weeks to ship me a plain white $130 coffee table. I initially received an email I would receive it by April 15th. Just received it today. It came with only 2 pieces and both were broken. They refuse to reimburse me my money but are willing to take 10% off of the price. How does that help. $13 off of a broken table. STAY AWAY from Litfad!
I bought 4 counter stools and should've known the price was too good to be a good product. First I didn't know it was coming from China by boat so it took nearly 2 months. When it finally arrived, the box was very small for 4 stools which had me worried and when I opened it, the product was so small, cheap…website said the seat was faux leather but it's a thin fabric and the hardware including a big ring that goes around the middle of the legs was supposed to be light gold but instead is ORANGE! The prominent metal ring has gashes where they didn't paint the seam. I reached out to return the product for a full refund and while the customer service is very quick to respond, the response is such nonsense! They started by offering 5% refund, then 15%, then 30%, then 40% (minus cost of freight to me) all the while saying I would need to pay for shipping all the way to China and that it would be very costly. This is their deterrent for the customer to give up and have to keep the product. This company is a complete fraud! I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. I didn't know about all of these negative reviews prior to purchasing. I hope this helps someone else to not waste their money!
The company has horrible products and even worse customer service. We purchased 2 desk and filing cabinet. Packages are damaged, the desk are damaged, chips, dent, corners smashed, and glue on the desk surfaces. Parts had to be picked up of the delivery truck floor.
