Stay away from this company. If they sent you a defective or broken item you have to keep it. You can't even ask for a refund because they will ask you to pay for the shipping fee to China before they can refund you.
I bought product from litfad, In pictures it was amazing but in actual its come as a second hand all damaged.spend £126 just for damage and second hand product. Never buying again with this company. I provided all pictures at the end they offer just 5/. Its a joke.The customer service even doesn't know how to give offer. I am not recommending to any one. I purchased a rug, and the wrong one was delivered. There was a considerably long waiting period for the rug to arrive, and when we realized the wrong one was delivered, the company made little effort to correct the issue. The sizing of the rug was also not up to the specs on the website, and the overall quality of the rug was poor. Would never recommend any purchases from this company!
The item that Litfad shipped to me was completely damaged upon arrival. I have yet to hear a solution from your team. Terrible customer service! I am very disappointed, I waited months to receive the item and all they did was asked for hundreds of pictures so that they can file a claim and get their money back from the shipping company, at the end they did nothing to resolve the issue. I have been scammed by Litfad. I also checked your reviews, everyone complains, I am not the only victim, Litfad ships poor quality products, not as advertised and the items are poorly packaged, hence they get damaged in transit. If I don't hear back for a solution, the authorities will be informed of your bad practices. Litfad should be banned from advertising products online. I have a broken table that I have no use for and Litfad will not issue a refund.
Don't do business with them. The light I got was falling apart and rated at 240v, not rated at 120v which was specified in the description. I contacted them and asked for refund, but they said, 240v is fine just use it. So I asked them to find a section in the US electrical code stating "240v rated appliances are safe to use on 120v". Then they said "it's just a typo on the sticker. It's actually 120v." After casually chatting with them asking to refund like that although of course that's not happening, just went to the credit card company saying I tried, but they are not taking responsibility. Got the money back.
I ordered a carpet which was smaller than indicated and the colours didn't match the description or the picture and had just terrible quality. Therefore, I wanted to return my order but despite the website stating that this product is eligible for return within 60 days, they didn't let me return the carpet, stating that I have to pay shipping myself and can only receive a refund of 5%! If that is not seriously fraudulent behaviour, I don't know what is! DO NOT ORDER!

Litfad has repeatedly assured us that our case is "under review," but it seems they are more interested in avoiding responsibility than providing genuine assistance. This entire ordeal has left us frustrated and disappointed.
In summary, I strongly caution against doing business with Litfad. Their dubious practices and lack of customer support have cast a shadow over what should have been a simple and straightforward transaction. Beware of Litfad.

I ordered 6 Blue dining chairs on 3 September for $1,200. Tardy delivery date and product was the wrong color. I'd ordered Blue and received Green. I was then accused of being confused by my device definition which I could only prove by blatant side by side comparison. I opened the box but did not remove the product. They looked cheap, heavily photo shopped on their website and not worth the $1,200 AUD I'd spent. Only after proving I wasn't lying was I told on 6 October that a replacement would arrive in 4-5 weeks and to keep the green chairs. After 9 weeks I followed up and they hadn't even processed, these were needed for Christmas. I demanded a refund or express delivery in 2 weeks. They told me to cover the cost for returning the wrong product they'd delivered and best refund without me doing this would be $700. After over 3 MONTHS of reasoning, and exhausting email exchange I gave up. Worst customer service I've received, cheap air brushed product and just don't go near them!
Beware, The websites states you have 60 days to return products. However, they DO NOT TAKE return items. I waited 6 weeks for my lights. The lights were described as high end however they were cheap plastic. When they arrived within the hour I contacted Liftad to state I wanted to return the lights. I was told they would not take the lights back. I have ordered many thinks over the year never left bad feed back.
This LitFad is carbage complete was of time and money. Im out $250 ordered a light that I never got. They have been just giving me the run around no help at all to find out what happened or how to get my a remplacement. Please buy from some one else Im so up set.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! This company is a scam! It is not one star, but ZERO! In a couple of months, they will send to you an item that will be scary to even install. You won't be able to get your money refunded in an easy way, not from PayPal or from your bank. You will be asked to send it back to warehouse in China at your own cost (approx. $100)! I purchased two light fixtures. One never came and the other is for 220V electric - our home is 110v which is what we ordered but not what we received. When I reached out, they said we could use 110v bulbs in it - not sure where I was supposed to get those from or why I was expected to search around to find bulbs that would fit, then pay for them. I explained the that fixture is 220v and that won't work in a 110V home - they said to get an electrician. There is no phone number and the only way to reach them is by email or chat. The chat was useless as they direct you back to email. Stay away from this company! I have filed a dispute on the charges.
Poor quality; poor service for questions; arrived damaged with a promise from company to replace damaged part but it never arrived; bad instructions; extra part with no explanation of what to do with it.

Get ready for the ol' switcheroo with Litfad!. Looks great online with a lux gold finish, then you get mailed a similar-looking, lower priced item with a gaudy yellow sparkle finish. I contacted customer service to report the product as misrepresented, but they plainly say there are no returns. I can't believe this company can be all over Google with their fraud.
I ordered a stool on April 15 or 16. I received an email that a Fed Ex label had been created... but after over a week, no further tracking info was available. I'm now told that I won't receive this order for at least another 2 months. Burned again by China. My fault for not checking to see where this was shipping from, but I'll never order another product shipping from China again. And they won't allow me to cancel my order. Unhappy.

Do not purchase from LITFAD. Terrible customer service. And I have only received half of my order which was one wooden cabinet. Why it can in multiple deliveries I will never understand. And makes it useless when you don't receive all of the packages. I have been chasing for 3mths now. Appalling service. They just say it has been delivered but clearly now. Absolutely the worst experience of my life. Took them 6 weeks to ship me a plain white $130 coffee table. I initially received an email I would receive it by April 15th. Just received it today. It came with only 2 pieces and both were broken. They refuse to reimburse me my money but are willing to take 10% off of the price. How does that help. $13 off of a broken table. I ordered a toilet for a renovation project. The item arrived shattered. They wont refund my money and only want to ship a new one which will take up to 3 months and the contractors are waiting. I had to buy another unit while I wait for my credit card company to handle the dispute. Horrible customer service, dishonorable company, unethical business practices with regards to providing refunds. Stay away, I certainly learned my lesson the hard way. It was hard for me to honestly even give them a 1 star!

Answer: Litfad is a scam company. Their website products are 3-D images. The intention is to deceive customer. Their return policy is designed to force the product on customers. Imagine the cost of shipping a bucky product to China, which is more expensive than the product cost.
