Item arrived broken and not as advertised litfad have told me I need to ship back to China at my expense and also pay the shipping costs they have incurred sending it to me please do not buy from this company
Very poor quality, no real return policy, no refund. Avoid this company as they are a scam, they didn't even denied this statement when I emailed them that I found out they have 80% one star reviews.

This is not a legitimate company and I regret that I did not read the poor reviews before purchasing. Our cabinet arrived in rubbles! The box was torn open with holes, all corners were completely crushed because the manufactured wood is so cheap. Parts were missing. The entire package could only be hauled to the junk because they would not pay to have it returned. They offered 5%, then 10% and then 15% return on purchase and would send a new one but would not provide a refund or return shipping. It would cost nearly the amount to ship back. The packaging is terrible. It is not padded, wrapped and is packaged in a flimsy box. The receipt emailed upon delivery has a whole page about taking photos of damages to report within 48 hours. This alone says they have problems with shipping anything undamaged. They were rude and shrewd dishonest business people. They need to be shut down. Do NOT purchase a thing from this scam.
Please be aware before buying any item on this website. Its a spin off website with complete ownership and customer services in China and no issue will get resolved.
The item I ordered is a carpet and it looked like a premium product on the images but when recieved it was a very cheap poor quality product.
I thought will be able to send it back and claim full refund but the refund policy is completly bonkers and begs belief that they are allowed to trade in UK without giving a no frills 14 days return policy! (that is NOT present on this website!)
Overall stay away and shop some where else!
Ordered a desk, delivered a box of smashed up bits as it had no packing materials! When contacted customer service they argued that they had delivered the parts. Only way for a full refund was to ship a box of "fire wood" back to China which would have cost more than the desk. Customer services were useless. I ended up getting a 50% refund for a box of rubbish shipped half way across the world.
Avoid the company.

I bought a small coffee table from this Chinese mother****, it came broke, now they are asking me to keep that as is with 40% off, or I should pay for the return, who wanna something broken with a discount? Who thinks is fair the customer pays for something broken!
They have the worst customer service. I was transferred to vip support for them to give me the same response as general support. The color of the product online is completely different in person. They keep saying they can't control screens but I have three different screens and all looks the same on the devices but not in person. They want me to return and pay for the return. Well I bought a desk so it'll cost me more in shipping so not worth it. Do not buy from here ever
Bought a lamp "Macaron LED lamp".
I've never seen seen such poor quality. The lamp came completely in individual parts. Even the wires had to be pulled through the lamp rack.
Also there where scratches.
The support teams refused to take the lamp back but I should send it on my own costs back to China
So never, never again!
I have ordered everything from furniture to appliances from reputable companies with excellent quality and service. However, I made a huge mistake trusting Litfad. I ordered a hard to find dark purple rug from them and waited almost 2 months, only to receive a cheap homemade version that wasn't even close in quality or color. I have sent an email to their customer support requesting a return and refund, and fully expect this to be a lengthy drawn out ordeal since I was told it shipped from China. Never again!
Still waiting on a tv cabinet. The legs for the cabinet arrived but not the cabinet itself. Waited 3 months and now they will not refund my money.
The legs that did arrive looked nothing like what was on their online store.

There is poor business management in the company, and it is unacceptable. The company's customer service is inadequate and it does not satisfy customers when it comes to returns. It is unacceptable for them to send me anything else besides a full refund since the product they sent was substandard.In light of the fact that the problem was on their end, it is not too much to ask for a full refund. As of yet, I have not received all of the packages.Attached is a copy of the company policy, and the packages that I have received. I also notified the company in an email when I received the damaged package. Here is a picture of what I received and what I was expecting based on the website picture. The company has committed fraud since they do not want to give me a full refund and asking me to return the damaged product at my expense with a 50% refund.
Stay away from these guys - ordered a light fitting, and received it in reasonable time. However, the size was not as per description and doesn't sit properly on wall; a remote control that was included was in Chinese (Mandarin?); there was no fitting instructions or safety booklet or warranty information provided.
On attempting to return the item, I was offered a 5% discount plus remote in English to keep it; on refusal I was offered 10% discount and a note to say its expensive to return it to their base in China; on second refusal I was offered the option of a 15% discount or for me to post it to China!
So my options are to provide my bank details to these people for a partial refund, or to post the item back to them at my cost, along with providing my bank details in the hope of them providing a refund (oh, and the initial cost of them posting the item to me would also be deducted!).

I just had a horrible experience with Litfad. I ordered a medium blue chair and it came a very dark gray. The color was COMPLETELY misrepresented on the site. When I contacted customer service, they blamed ME and my online screen, when I looked on three screens and they all read blue. They made me send countless photos into them of the product acting as through they were helping me return it, to just tell me the best they could do is give me a 10% refund! Now I am stuck with a chair I hate. Never again.
I purchased a wood chandelier from Litfad. When it arrived and I began to assemble it I discovered it was missing a part. I emailed them and they requested 6 photos which I sent them. I have now gone back and forth with them for 16 emails and they keep asking for photos which I have now sent 3 times, and more than the initial 6 by now). On top of that, in order for the light to be assembled you have to drill 24 holes into the wood in precisely the right places to secure the glass pieces. There are no pre-drilled holes and not even markings for where to drill. The images online do not even show screws in the photos where they would normally be visible were it an accurate representation.
Terrible quality and atrocious customer service. I think they are just trying to wear me down so I quit asking for a return.
Nice website but total scam. They will send you a poor quality product. Not worth the money you paid for it and then make the returns process as expensive as possible so it's not economical for you to return. Read the T&Cs it's a scam.
Would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a table from this site. Took months, first of all. Then my first order got lost in transit somehow and it took them several weeks to get back to me about the lost table. They give me a few dollars for my trouble and sent another one. Finally arrives and it's broken. Table has a crack down the middle. I email them like any normal person and ask for a refund because they sent me an item that's essentially defective. They had the audacity to tell me that if I want a full refund I have to PAY TO SHIP IT BACK TO CHINA. It's $250 or so to ship a 30-50lb table from the US to China and the table was a little over $300. That means I will get relatively no refund. I've been going back and forth for a week and it's like talking to a bot or someone copying and pasting nonsense. Not listening or comprehending or escalating. They literally don't care. Please do not buy from this company. It's a disgrace.
The shelves i received were damaged and just pressed wood w pealing laminate. It took 3+months to receive them. They arrived w no instructions so u cant tell if anythg is missing. The quality was poor, and shelves were stained w some kind of red smear and when i brought up the damage they only offered 5% off.
We purchased a light/fan for $350. The quality is so poor we are afraid to put it up as it is doubtful the wiring is up to code. They refuse to refund us but rather offer us a low discount to keep their junk or alternatively want us to pay to ship it back to China (which we had no idea that was the base of the company) and want us to pay for them shipping it to us. 100% scam. Their website look legit but they are selling nothing but junk.

Answer: Litfad is a scam company. Their website products are 3-D images. The intention is to deceive customer. Their return policy is designed to force the product on customers. Imagine the cost of shipping a bucky product to China, which is more expensive than the product cost.
