Still waiting after 2 months for my order. If it dose come i expect to be disapointed after reading these reviews.
Do NOT buy from them. It's a scam. I never RECEIVED my order and you can NOT CONTACT THEM. They kept my money ($28.00+) and won't reply to emails. There's no contact address or phone number. DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY OUT. They don't deserve even one star. Horrible SCAM
This is not a reputable company! Quality of clothing is cheap. Impossible to make return cuz of cost to ship it back. Plus you can never reach company. Will be reporting company to whoever I can.
I ordered a shirt from them six weeks ago and they have been paid but nothing has come. I tried email and no answer.
Ordered from this site 4 months ago and still haven't received the product. Emailed them more than once, shows it was read, but no response back. Basically just took my money.
Junk Junk Junk and totally worthless. What a waste of time and money. The sizes are so off, I purchased an XXL tank top knowing it would be a bit smaller than a medium as mentioned; but the size is ridiculously small for XXL. My very petite grand daughter can't even fit in it. Don"t buy from LinenLooks... Your purchases will not LOOK like what you want. And the fabric, don't even get me started. Cheap and pilly. So disappointing. Their pictures are so deceiving.
They WILL steal your money! Horrible, horrible site! Never received my items and no one responds to your inquiries. This is my order with the "tracking #". TOTAL FAKE BS!

Ordered capris and they were made of cheap skimpy material that smelled awful. TrYing to figure out how to return. Would not recommend ordering from this site.
I ordered a belt from them and when I received it it was a totally different belt. It was cheap and partly plastic and macrame. I tried reaching out to them and they asked me for the order number. I sent it to them and never heard back. I have been trying to contact them to no avail. I am so sick of these companies ripping people off.
I tried attaching the receipt and picture of the one I ordered but for some reason it wouldn't take. I believe it wanted bigger pixels and that's the only picture I have which was on my receipt.
Do not buy from them, save your money and a headache.
Beware, this website it is a scam. The product they have for sale aren't real and all you get it a fake substitute of something that it may look similar at 10 miles distance but you will get it is not what you order. If you get a package will come from China and the 14 days delivery it is actually 2 months. I submitted a claim for the item received that it was not what I order and they refused to refund. Lucky I paid with PayPal and they stepped in and the claim was solved in my favor and I was able to recoup the money. Stay away from this website and buy from trust seller like Amazon
I ordered some gloves (for a man - 1st photo) from this company. I was sent a completely different, and paper-thin, poor quality product (women's gloves - 2nd photo) and when I wrote the company they said they had issues getting the materials to make the product I ordered due to COVID-19, and they wanted me to pay to send the product they shipped to me back to China. They acknowledged that it was not the product I had ordered, they simple sent me something different, and not something I want at all, without asking me if this would be acceptable. Later they offered to let me keep the paper-thin, poor-quality, women's gloves and would refund 20% of what I had paid. I did not accept their offer, told them I was not responsible for paying to ship the product back to them that they sent me, and requested an immediate refund. No response for weeks. I ordered something and they sent me a completely different item. Something that I didn't want. So they said I could get 20% back and keep it. BUT I DON'T WANT IT! So I ask for the return address and they send it to me, but I have to pay for the shipping. Either way I lose. Instead of just telling me they are out of my item they screw me over.
Same as others... shipping was months late, I tried to cancel order several times through email, through the Shop app, and through PayPal... then they ship the order and my items are total JUNK and nothing like the items ordered. I've continued to try to get a refund, no luck yet. Unbelievable.
I waited a while to get goods, no problem we are in a pandemic. I ordered 5 things not one of them looked liked the pictures! The quality is terrible! I've tried to get in contact with them and nothing! They don't respond very upset that I bought from them!

The absolute worse clothing company ever! Do not - I Repeat! Do Not buy anything. Your throwing your money away. They don't send what you order and won't answer you if you want to return items. They're worse than trash!
I waited 5 months for an order made Feb 28th. Pandemic virus delayed shipping but when my order finally arrived, I was shocked at how awful the items were. Out of 5 blouses only 1 looked anything like I ordered. Colors, neck styles and embroidery were completely wrong. You could tell that these were just thrown together to get the order out. They don't answer their emails so I can return these worthless blouses!
I'll never buy nor recommend them to anyone!
It took 3 months to receive our clothes and one of them was made poorly and didn't look anything like the advertised dress.
Only giving Linenlooks a 1 for review, because a dress ordered on March 17, finally did arrive on June 8. Otherwise, not much good to say. Floral print button front dress with tan leather-ish belt. Yes, it buttons, belt is tan. Fabric is supposedly cotton poly blend. Not as much cotton as a cotton swab. Packaged (squished) into such a small bag for shipping, it barely unfolded. Very cheap fabric. Did I mention how long it took to arrive? Never ordering from this site again.
After waiting months for the items to arrive, they don't even look like what is pictured. Below, you can see the clothes I received and screenshots of what I ordered from their websites. Furthermore, the quality is really bad. I've just contacted them to initiate a return... not sure if they will respond. If not, I'm going to try to get PayPal involved to help process the return. I had thought that since payment was through PayPal I'd be safe if something went wrong. I'm really hoping that's the case because these clothes are such poor quality and I will not wear them. I'm aware that there are scammers out there and it sucks to be someone caught by their lures. Don't fall for this one.
