I ordered a belt from them and when I received it it was a totally different belt. It was cheap and partly plastic and macrame. I tried reaching out to them and they asked me for the order number. I sent it to them and never heard back. I have been trying to contact them to no avail. I am so sick of these companies ripping people off.
I tried attaching the receipt and picture of the one I ordered but for some reason it wouldn't take. I believe it wanted bigger pixels and that's the only picture I have which was on my receipt.
Do not buy from them, save your money and a headache.
Tip for consumers:
Do not waste your money and save yourself a headache and time. I am so sick of people who have to do this during covid lockdown to have people like this company ripping people off. I am on disability and this has been a loss and a headache.
Products used:
I am stuck with the belt they seent me and not the one I ordered as they refuse to reply back to my e-mails.
The only thing is it said over 109.00 would be free shipping and it wasn't. I had to buy extra to get the free shipping.
