Over a $0.79 bill
April 19, 2022

I had to send in my portable oxygen concentrator for repairs. A few weeks passed so I called Lincare to see why I hadn't gotten it back. I was told it was because of nonpayment. So i looked up online my account. Balance was 79 cents, Yes only 79 cents. But when i tried to pay it it couldn't except such a small amount. So I called the billing dept.The nice lady also looked up my account to see if there were any other charges. Nope, just 79 cents. I was told they couldn't process such a small amount.( I was supplies the small fat HEAVY oxygen tanks) So after years of being their customer, I am changing companies. All over just 79 cents (Which i plan to mail them a M. O.)

I'm on oxygen nights only so I didn't think I could travel without spending a lot of money on those portibile oxygen machine.lin care ask where I was going, I told them North Dakota. They ask for the dates and they would have one delivered there for my stay. They go the extra mile for you. Thanks Lin care of Spokane Washington. And Grand forks North Dakota.

Piss Poor

No service whats so ever. Trying to get oxygen for my mother with a new provider they wont even call you back. I've been waiting for a call back for over 2 wks now. Service - Piss Poor bunch of BimBo's
Dont not think about Service with this piss poor mickey mouse co. No stars at all. They could not get a quater star with a ladder. Suck & Blow

I have had nothing but problems with billing and fulfillment of my automatic refills. Specifically, Queneshia in billing has hung up on me, been extremely rude, cuts me off when I speak and basically does as little as possible to assist. I ask to speak to a supervisor and none are available. I leave a call back and she never wrote it down because she can't repeat it to me. I have never been so disappointed in a company. Even the iCare that is supposed to take care of issues doesn't call back. Find another supplier and avoid all of the aggravation

Poorly made tubing

So the tubing that is covered by Medicaid should be made better! My daughter has medicaid and the tubing keeps ripping in one spot and she cannot live without her machine she has seizer disorder and severe sleep apnea.Make your products better so medicaid has to pay for it!

My mother who is on oxygen 24/7 had a problem with their crap machine and waited all day for someone to replace her machine and bring more portable tanks. No one showed up, she was told the driver wasn't answering his phone and when she called back for the 3rd time after hours, the answering service got snippy with her. In the meantime, my mom is panicking her machine will stop working overnight. So much for the "standard of excellence" the website says they strive for. Disgraceful company.

Lincare sent wrong mask for my husbands Bipap and because I opened it they would not take it back but the one not opened I could mail back to them at my expense, their mistake was very costly to me. Forget getting intouch with billing, after staying on the line for 30 min waiting to speak with someone about being billed for something that I don't even have they will just tell you that you need to contact another department, you contact another department and they tell you to contact billing. Poor service... they don't care about their clients.

I have two "past due" bills from this company. I have no record of any previous unpaid bills. One bill did not itemize but gave me a phone number where I could call and pay by credit card. It had one address the second bill had two addresses. I called the 888 number on the first bill and got the good old answering system and got to listen to music. After 25 minutes I looked up the phone number for the head office in Florida and called them on my cell phone. I asked for assistance. I told them about being on hold on my home phone and complained. She said one moment and then I got the exact same music and messages on both phones. I was on the home phone for 40 minutes with no help and on the cell phone for 20 minutes with no help on either. The website said they closed at 5 EST so when 4 CST came I hung up both phones. I have never in my life been treated like this.

I will just start by saying that this is one of the worst companies to work for. They are extremely rude, super sarcastic when you ask something or when they are telling you something, starting to your coworkers up to the office manager. They micromanage EVERY movement you take. They have a password for the bathroom, like who does that? Why would you have to put a password code in order for you to go to the bathroom? That's literally a requirement. They are firing people that don't have childcare, people that's been getting sick even there from left to right during this pandemic like its nothing. They were supposed to be taking temperatures and they DON'T do it all the time. Pretty much they do what they want, Managers and supervisors just want you to produce money for them and that's it they don't care about employees at all. Do yourself a favor and DON'T WORK HERE.

Adult & Pediatric Specialists Farmingdale, NY. Needed a hospital bed and my insurance company gave me their name. Big mistake. After speaking with a woman she gave me a date of delivery and I took the day off... on the day of delivery they called and said they were to busy to deliver the bed and that they would do me a favor and possibly deliver it on Saturday. They are getting paid to provide a service what favor is that? The arrogance. I spoke to a belligerent unprofessional so called manager who was incompetent at best. On Monday I called the company and they said my doctor sent the paperwork to another company. That was a lie. Do not use this company. You don't need a headache.

I spoke with a representative two weeks ago and ordered supplies. Since I hadn't received them, I called to check on the status. I was told that my order was waiting for prior authorization. I was told they needed usage data from me. I'm not sure why I wasn't asked for this information when I placed the order, nor why no one called me to request the information. I was also surprised that they would rely on the patient to report usage. The information is available electronically. Not a happy customer. I much preferred J&L Medical.

They simply stop sending my e-mail order notifications and then I can't get them on my phone. The customer service people don't pick up and the mailbox is full. THis is the SECOND time this company has unilaterally decided to stop sending me CPAP supplies. They need to be investigated.

This company is nothing more then scammers and shysters... I needed a walker which my primary doctor wrote a prescription for a Rolater walker that just happened to go to Lincare... Locate never measured me to see what size walker I needed, never ask my height or weight and sent me out the cheapest walker made... It is unsafe, flimsy, and overall poor quality... I have tried to for 3 days now with no return calls... Finally I called UHC and a representative called Lincare... The UHC representative was told I signed a contract and I am stuck with this one... Please be advised if you are thinking of doing business with Lincare...

This business doesn't have the wisdom to realize that there dealing with sick human beings. They don't even care to make someone even stressed to the point they can cause a heart attack not caring enough to realize you may be stressing someone with heart conditions. They have no consideration for the need unless of course your about to sign in to a contract with them for 5 years you can't get out off. That's ware the screw you is ware it starts. I can't believe that a Med supply company like Lincare is still in business. I wonder how many people's parents where put in hospital because of there conducting with other humans. I actually left hoping the company I'm with is better. THEY SHOULD NAME IT THE LINCARE ZOO. ‍

A fraudulent company
October 21, 2020

They sent me a CPAP machine. Was told that I have a copay and I paid that. They were calling me on monthly basis to deliver me supplies and told me that all is covered by insurance. Six months latter sent me a huge bill and threatened to send me to collection to ruin my credit history.

Avoid this company if at all possible. Very fraudulent and unethical.

Pathetic service

Tried to order CPAP supplies several times but recieved nothing. They kept promising to ship over and over but still nothing. They finally shipped but it was the wrong items. I cancelled everything and then they shipped more supplies. It was overall a big pain to deal with. I will NEVER use them again.

I have used linecare for 10 years and never had a problem with them until 2015. In November I asked for repairs or replacement of a bi-pap that was stopping during the night and keeping me awake. It was in July before I got one but now they won't send the filters I need for it, regardless of many, many calls. In March of 2016 my doctor gave them a script for a portable oxygen because my oxygen was low all the time. We'll it's august 23, and all I get is the manufacturer can't build them fast enough to get them to customers in a timely manner. This on top of the man that delivered the bi-pap lied to me about a heated hose he insisted my doctor ordered. Well it was full of mold and could have killed me if I hadn't smelled it. I'm thinking of sueing them and see how they explain the moldy hose. No excuse for harming folks that are already sick. I think they wanted to kill me with that hose for bugging them to do their jobs. Still no response from them about anything coming my way.

I have recently Ben sent home to recover from covid19. I was sent home With out a backup tank. I also had continuous issues with portable tanks. I have had to Argue with ladies in the office and a supervisor by the name of Dee. They have treated me so badd and I'm so sick and I just don't feel like that's customer service is Good. The technicians that deliver the oxygen are great. But I won't ever recommend this company to anyone.

Great company

I wrote one review already, but this one is a follow up. I did nolt like the Mobil wheelchair that was delivered and they were very nice about taking it back and customer service was very nice and helpful about finding a new chair for me and I was able to choose one I liked from the internet. The drivers were great when the new Mobil wheelchair was delivered, Rob was one driver and I forgot the other drivers name but they were friendly snd professional. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Bad Customer Service
October 17, 2017

I'm posting this on as many sites as I can to get this out. I should've checked the reviews. I've been waiting for a long time to get my BiPAP machine. When I initially called to see about getting everything going, I asked how long it would be before I heard back from them. They said probably the following day. The next week I called and was told they hadn't done it yet. At the end of the week I finally get a call (I believe it was on a Thursday) to setup an appointment to pick up the BiPAP. Ok great! Appointment set for the next Tuesday.
Here it is Tuesday morning and they call and say they don't have it and it would be a couple of weeks before they get it. Extremely frustrated! Why didn't they call me when they first realized this?! I fired them!
DO YOUR RESEARCH FOLKS! Good luck.
