I am on a fixed income and got a large unexpected bill from them. Was told by one rep. That if i made monthly payments that it would be ok. After 4 months of doing so.(only one payment left) got letter saying that my account will be going into collections if not paid in full NOW. Called billing over 1 hour on phone before getting to talk to someone. Was told that they are sending to collections because taken too long to collect money owed. Had to have them look up payment history and past phone calls.was told that their was nothing he could do. Ill be looking for another provider for my supplies
In the past there were some disappointing customer service situations which were a hassle to deal with such as disinterested employees or seeming lack of concern for the customer/patient. However, this latest experience was quite positive.
I recently scheduled with Ms. Michelle, customer service receptionist, an in person visit at home with Nurse Michelle K. Both ladies were wonderful to deal with and went the extra mile to insure a great customer experience. The kind receptionist made multiple efforts to send faxes, repair account issues, and followed through to get things resolved.
The helpful nurse was very personable, patiently helped resolve machine connectivity issues, and took the time to answer all questions. Both ladies also worked seamlessly together to help solve a complicated system glitch.
Keep up the great work and thanks for all your courteous assistance.

Company is about awesome staff at the Temple location. I use this company due to the professional and caring people that have been taking care of me for over 5 years. The receptionists in front (Angie and the new girl that trained under Angie) are so courteous and always go the extra mile to make sure you are taking care of well. They always make me feel important and truly demonstrated they really care about me and how to fix my problems. The patient care coordinator Darrell Smotek is outstanding, best instructor I have ever had. Answer all my questions, patient with me, very knowledgeable, very courteous and professional. I am a retired nurse, and I know when people go the extra mile, and this group at this location go way beyond to make sure everybody is well taking care of. Outstanding staff is what makes Lincare a great business to use.

The Sierra Vista, AZ office is very helpful with our handicapped sons CPAP and supplies. He had to wait with a data entry error, but once that got corrected they sent supplies immediately!
My husband just started using CPAP in February 2023. The representative actually came to our home and help set it all up and explained the supply timeline. To date we have received 1 pack of filters at the address the rep came to. Apparently, everything else was sent to our billing address. 12 phone calls and a lots of lies from Lincare. So all the stuff at the billing address ( 1800 miles away) has to be returned and checked for "use" before we get new stuff.
Update: I called our pulmonary doctor and he had an area manager call us. Supplies will be dropped off today.
Karen Mitscheld RRT came to my house today to help with my external resportory machine. She was so great. Explained everything to me. I was having anxiety over this machine. She fixed the settings and made it so I could use it. She got rid of my anxiety. Very knowledgeable and professional.
Although the employees are very helpful getting transferred to other departments is a nightmare! It's a horrible phone policy in the event you need to be transferred.
All this has caused me to take my business elsewhere.
Respiratory Therapist, Su Barry delivered my cpap machine to me in my home. She took time to explain its features to me & called me 2 days later to check on how I was doing. She'd been following my usage, answered my questions, gave me support & welcomed me to follow up with her as needed. Thank you, Su!

I got a cpap machine from them a couple years ago that I haven't used for a while but they call me 2-4 times daily to see if I need medical supplies. I blocked their numbers but their calling machine leaves messages on my voice mail. When I do start using it again they will be the last company I use.
They used to bring the equipment to our door. Now that my CPAP has failed, they want me to drive 40 miles to evaluate the machine to determine repair or replacement. In the meantime, I have no CPAP. They have tried to double bill us on many occasions. I will consult with my doctor to find another supplier.
Customer Service is horrible! Customer Service Staff is horribly unprofessional, rude & lies right to you. New Management & New Customer Service Staff- A Must!

In the last 18 months I've spent over 125 HOURS on hold trying to contact the billing department. Now they are telling me to call immediately or they will turn me into a collection agency! I'm on hold for the third hour as I write this.
I visited the Fall River, MA office this morning and found Manager Nicole and staff, Holly and Mike to be professional, personable and most helpful. Cudos to them all.

We have never had a problem with them. We moved from Michigan to Wilmington, NC and Lincare here in Wilmington has been wonderful. The staff in the office and our delivery on Thursday by the young man named Zeke. My husband's CPAP thing's are delivered every month on time. Thank You, Lincare.
I tried the CPAP machine (prescribed by a Sleep Medicine Doctor) and mask, but it was too uncomfortable to wear and sleep. They sent me a letter stating if I did not meet "data collection requirements" then my insurance would not cover the cost, and I had a total of 30 days to return it. I returned it and asked about the insurance coverage/payment portion for me. I was told the insurance covered it all. Then yesterday I got TWO letters, one an itemized statement and the other saying I was PAST DUE. It was the only bill they had sent me! I called today and FINALLY waded through the WORST phone menu system I have ever encountered, and talked to a woman about the letters. She looked up my information and told me the same thing that was in the letter. I told her I would pay the balance at home (I called from a restaurant). Tonight on the website it CANNOT FIND MY ACCOUNT, using the information on the TWO letters! The INCOMPETENCE IS ASTOUNDING!... and one more thing, the man in the office who "instructed" me and gave me the machine and mask, told me if I did not use it I would have a stroke or heart attack! I think that's against the law!
Since Friday I have been on hold for over an hour and hung up on two times after a long wait. I finally had my doc cancel the order and send it to another company. I didn't feel I had to use them as their customer service sucked on the front end. Don't think it would be any better on the back end
Answer: Yes, Lincare is fraudulent. I finally sent a letter to my Medicare Advantage and also Medicare. The only way to stop this company is to take action. All of our rants and raves are exactly that, rants and raves. Please talk to your insurance company and medicare provider. This company needs to not be in business, especially with such vulnerable customers who depend on them. WA state

Answer: Really? Then ask someone why I tried for over 3 weeks to get a new c-pap mask and hose from the HOME office in Florida and it never showed up! I'm not indigent like some of your customers, I don't accept incompetence. My sleep clinic simply changed me to a new supplier and I am now very, very happy with them.
Answer: DONNA, I REPLACE THE FILTER BY ASKING MY SUPPLIER, THEY USUALLY ARE VERY ACCOMADATING AND GIVE ME ONE. LINCARE, NORCO, AND SUPPLIER WILL REPLACE IT. I ALWAYS CLEAN THE VENTS MYSELF, BUT I LET THE COMPANY REPLACE IT.
