Diamond in the rough

Lincare has proven to be just as bad as past reviews indicate. Communication, changes in procedure, limited supply are just a few of the many issues encountered with this company. After two weeks of not receiving oxygen and being told by an employee to just stay home and use my concentrator, I finally got a hold of customer service rep (Melissa) who was able to get me my much needed oxygen within 3 hours. Thank you Melissa for supplying me with the great service I would expect from a company that supplies My oxygen. The lack of urgency by most of these employees is reprehensible. Oxygen for people like myself who need it 24/7 is and should not be considered an after though but a necessity. Without oxygen tanks I cannot leave my house to go shopping or get to the Pharmacy to pick up my medications. Lincare YOU can do BETTER!

Unprofessional

My father called your emergency line because he woke to his unit dying. That was 6am it is now after 2pm still no tech person just over the phone lip service. My dad needs his air to live!

Lincare is the worst

I've been using Lincare for my CPAP and supplies, and they are the worst. They have long wait times (~15-20 minutes on average) and shuffle you around on endless automated loops and between customer service reps before you can get a straight answer. Their billing receipt and packing slip are vague and non-specific about what you are receiving and don't include itemized costs. I am switching to a different company.

I wanted to comment on how well I was treated at the LinCare Newnan, GA, location today. Despite dropping in without an appointment, Tscharner McCraw was able to fit me in between her appointments and download my CPAP machine information for me to obtain supplies. She was very professional, kind, and respectful. I appreciate all she did for me today! Very good experience! Nancy Capponi

I was recently diagnosed with obstruction sleep apnea and was referred to Lincare! I absolutely appreciate everything that Lincare has done for me, including submitting the necessary paper to my dr to receive the equipment that I needed to help me breath while sleeping.
I would also like to give a Hugh shout to the driver Justin who's absolutely a great guy! Justin is very professional willing to listen to concerns, has no problem to answer any questions that I have with a great attitude! Justin is very easy to talk to and he makes sure I don't need anything before he goes back on his route! I would recommend Lincare in yreka, ca for oxygen/ supplies.

Terrible

One of the worst companies to deal with. Zero customer service, poor accounting and fiscal responsibilities to customers, overcharging for basic needs & services, double billing, threat notices of non-payment while receiving a statement the same day in the mail reflecting past payment, being on HOLD for over 58 minutes "twice" regarding billing concerns and obvious errs on their part; finally hung up and ignored them.

The absolute worst amongst worse of so called medical services and equipment. I have had home & portable oxygen units for years, I am permanently disabled and they've only checked in with me "once" to come check the unit (home) in over two+ years. Zero monthly, quarterly or annual checks on supplies needs, replacements, service etc. They have never checked, serviced or upgraded the portable unit (garbage) which has been useless since day one, never holds a charge and is so loud one can not have a one-on-one conversation with another person.

They are the first company to seek payment from my insurance company & Medicare, never personally answer the phone for customer service and first to send out "threat" letters for "supposed" non-payment "after" I have paid it and have an A+ rating and account of on time payments!

I just finally got a wonderful woman from billing to finally answer my call and I will now finally be able to talk to a "person" to plead my case!

Your company already has a poor rating & record via the "WEB and BBB" and hopefully for ALL seniors & disabled persons on SS and fixed incomes will finally get some "service & customer service" before we die" as I was warned there phones have a tendency of getting cutoff when they put you on HOLD which just occurred……. Jamie was nice enough to call me back and she gave me a new number to try and "blessed me for my patience, but advised me that I AGAIN may be on HOLD for a long time as they too (as the billing Dept.) are also left on "HOLD" while attempting to assist others like myself.

Total embarrassment, but Jamie deserves a raise, as she was the type of employee every company could wish to have and one "I" would have liked to have had work for me through my 38 years as an Administrator!

I receive my oxygen supplies from them and each time I call to order not a hello or thank u.Very poor phone manners and basic customer service.Sometimes argumentative and overall displeased with their service.

Fraudulent Service

If the review would allow lower than 1 I would go negative. I have been trying for months to get in touch with the customer service line. I sit on hold for what feels like eternity and finally give up. I have been billed several months for supplies that I have never received. $14.03 each month. I have gone into the local office with no success there. They can't even see what the bill is for. I would HIGHLY recommend finding a different supplier.

Very poor service, unreliable deliveries and matinance less than desirable. Deliveries left outside for 88 year old terminal cancer patient. Five phone calls fell on unconcerned ears. I wouldn't recommend Lincare to anyone ever. Very disappointed.

When reordering supplies there reorder web site has basic headings like "mask, headgear, cushion, filter, hose". There is no way to change the style of mask. You have no idea of what you are reordering. A model number or picture would do wonders. There are no prices to see what an item costs. When talking with customer service they tell you to call your insurance company for prices. About the only way to see what the prices is to look at the bill. Bill reads heated tube $199 facemask, $493, headgear $207. Seems if I am spending my hard earn cash I should be able to see how much an item is. Since I cant change type of mask I buy from other sites on web. Prices are shown on web are much much cheaper. If you dont reorder monthly Lincare will bug you with daily phone calls saying is a friendly reminder to reorder supplies. When talking with them they are about as useless as there web site. Looking into changing sleep therapy doctors to ditch Lincare permanently..

I have been getting my Apnea machine supplies from LinCare for 18 years.
Dealing with the company is a living hell. Customer service is a big circus. If you don't order some supplies every six months they work hard to make you regret it. Awful management, sad organization, aggravating employees who don't tell the truth and just don't care. I would rather die from Apnea than deal with this company ever again.

I was having issues out of my aunt's concentrator. It has been beeping for weeks and no matter what we've done we could not troubleshoot the problem so I called Lincare and they sent out a driver. Her name was contessa and she is the most detailed person I've ever met from Lincare and explaining everything about the machine that nobody else did when they first brought out the concentrator. She was very proficient and enjoyable to talk to and for that she gets a 10 star rating from us! I hope she is the only one that they send out with any more future issues! She was very professional and caring. Thank you for sending someone experienced that took the time to explain everything to us!

I was released from the hospital - March 17,2022! Lincare was my original oxygen supplier! The gentlemen who came to the house were amazing but their office staff are the worst! The women are nasty in the phone and so I switched to Heathcare Solutions ( haaa Lincare owns them) but their staff is amazing thank goodness!
I had accidentally called or hit the button to the Plymouth office when I was in hold with Healrhcare solutions! Well lo and behold nithing has changed and the woman was nasty, never gave her name and ended up hanging up in me!
Wow just wow! They literally suck!
