Mom needed oxygen canister. They brought a half filled canister. They said that they left a concentrator, but never did. So we half to prove that we never received the item. My parents don't need that kind of stress. Luckily I was their to get to the bottom of their unorganized company. I will be looking for another company.
In Little Rock, Lincare has untrained customer service reps After 3 weeks of back and forth for a nebulizer I have to give up They state the problem is fixed with the doctors signature and then claim it's not signed when it is. End results no nebulizer
Please research another Medicare provider in your area for your DME. Be sure to price compare. Also be aware of the diagnosis you will need to have Medicare help in payment of your Oxygen needs. Aprea services were much better price point for my elderly mother in my area. Her insurance plan was 80/20.
My doctor offered Lincare services to "help me out" telling me that I would get a nebulizer and albuterol monthly at little to no charge. I have Medicaid which charges $3.90 for the same amount of albuterol that Lincare charges $61.20(PER MONTH) not to mention the $507.60 charge for a nebulizer to which breaks down to a $5.20 per month charge until it's paid off. BEWARE! No help at all and in fact gouging me with these ridiculous charges. $500 for a nebulizer that you can buy for $50 anywhere! Not-to-mention $61.20 for the same thing that I get for $4.00! You have been forewarned, particularly if you have Medicaid. NO STARS but had to put 1 Although the staff was very friendly, not their doing
Please stay away! My mom has been waiting for months for them to contact her about her oxygen. And now my grandson whohas autism is now waiting on his formula. The only thing he eats. This has got to be the worst company ever.
After my sleep study I was prescribed a CPAP. I was set up with an unseated hose. After about 2 hours I was awakened by popping from condensation in the hose. The prescribed pressure of 13 was to high ant the mask would squeal. All made it very difficult to suffer through the "compliance"period. Two visits with equipment and I was told I would just have to learn to tolerate it.
Last visit I was given a heated hose and a larger mast. I'm now able to tolerate it but can't get supplies because they say I'm noncompliant.
I finally learned how to change the parameters to adaptive and am sleeping well with it.
This company is the most slowest company to get your equipment I been waiting for a good long two week for my supplies! I have sleep apnea I am very tried can't focus in the morning. I am PISS something have to be done with this company. They are murders I give lincare A half of a star!
Spoke to a Mike Woltest (?) x *******. He took great care of my issue regarding a cpap that has taken me to 3 different employees. I thank him for spending the time and solving my issue to receive a new cpap!
I have ordered twice now from this company and both times the order was wrong. Not only that, the replacement order was wrong both times, too. The second time, they insisted the order was correct even though I actually opened the package and the hose didn't fit!
The worst care I have ever been given in any home health care supplies. And all I wanted my Cpap supplies. I can't even count the months I have waited. Even when I told them I have a respiratory infection.
I was recently diagnosed with obstruction sleep apnea and was referred to Lincare! I absolutely appreciate everything that Lincare has done for me, including submitting the necessary paper to my dr to receive the equipment that I needed to help me breath while sleeping.
I would also like to give a Hugh shout to the driver Justin who's absolutely a great guy! Justin is very professional willing to listen to concerns, has no problem to answer any questions that I have with a great attitude! Justin is very easy to talk to and he makes sure I don't need anything before he goes back on his route! I would recommend Lincare in yreka, ca for oxygen/ supplies.
Worst service ever ordered supplies corrected the error from Medium pillows to large when they call. When order arrived they came in med. They said they are behind and will get to it soon., 12 days later no replacements same answer they are backed up and would get to it soon. Suggest if given a choice get a supplier that can read or can handle the business. If they are that backed up they shouldn't be in business
I worked at Lincare for 6 months now and the management plays favorites to a point where it shows. I put in my 2 week notice to the company because I got a better job and the manager Jackie Douglas and supervisor Cassandra Bernhard told me to go home because there was no point in me being there if I was going to leave in two weeks. Mind you I am young and I live by myself so they told me to go home out of pettiness that I was leaving soon. They told me that a two week notice was ideal but they don't need me anymore if I don't need them. They also told me that my resignation letter will go into my file as if I gave in a two week notice even though they are telling me to go home today. I called corporate and reported the issue to human resource and I also got my lawyer involved. I thought I was doing the most professional thing by giving in a two week notice I guess I should have told them next Friday I was no longer coming back.
Most incompetent people i have ever had to deal with. They have lied to me, not passed on my information to the national reorder site. Rude. Forced to use them through my insurance ( Ambetter) ACA which is also the worst health insurance I have ever had. I have sleep apnea which of course gives me a pre existing condition so i am discriminated against as to being able to get good insurance. I have used Lincare in the past and experienced terrible service and dropped them like the pile they are. I am now forced to by pass my insurance which i pay almost 1200 a month for with 7350 deductible. Obama care is the worst thing to happen to The United States health care ever.
My insurance was rejected I guess. But I had medicaid so I thought my oxygen was covered. Months later when I got a $1000 bill I found out medicaid wasn't covering it... I made payments for 2 years, while receiving a nasty threatening letter every month
These people are impossible to deal with. They call you and leave a recorded message to reorder supplies. You call them back and it is atleast 1/2 to one hour wait. I wish I could find another company to fill my needs because these people SUCK!
For over for any activities outside of the home. It is said from the manager and employees the the reason is because corporate had made the decision to eliminate the 6N tanks and thus creating a shortage of "C" tanks. While I feel for the local employees for having to deal with this, I'm not sure everything is being done by the manager to resolve this problem. After contacting other Lincare providers throughout the country, I am told by them that this reason is simply not true and that they are not experiencing a shortage of any tanks. Lincare simply does not care about the fact that oxygen patients need oxygen in order to not die. I have contacted my insurance company and will also be getting advice from my doctor on finding another oxygen supply company. I have told the Beaumont store and they don't care that they will be losing a customer. I don't have proof of purchase because this is covered under my insurance.
I called LinCare 5 times before they came out. The portable unit quit on me last night and I have been without Oxygen since then. When I got out of Rehab I thought I could trust Lincare and tonight I am sick. Tomorrow I will figure out what to do.
I moved from CO to OH and the nightmare of it all is that I still have no CPAP supplies. They have assured me for 6 months this is going to happen, and still nothing. I have called, and even went to the CO office to see if I can pick up my supplies and I was not allowed. I talk to Reps on the phone, who make $10.00, and they keep telling me it is in the process. They do not care. They just want you off that phone. Well, this process ends today, Goodbye Lincare! I need my supplies and still nothing. I want everyone to know that if I die of Sleep Apnea, my husband will own Lincare. Disgusting company who does not care about its patients.
SHOULD BE ZERO STARS! I thought maybe I was being too critical but I see by the rest of the reviews that most customers would rather deal with another company. I waited 4 weeks when I first ordered a nebulizer cup replacement. When I called Lincare to see how much longer it would be they had no order on file for me! Two days later I received a nebulizer cup but it was a cheap version. When I called they said they don't carry the better cup that came with the original Pari nebulizer. The cheap version needs to be replaced every two weeks. I have made THREE phone calls to order another nebulizer cup and no replacement cup yet! I think I will return the nebulizer to Lincare (if they are still in business) and order a new one on line. And then going forward I will order my own replacement parts. Also on my last statement they added back some nebulizer co-pay charges that I had already paid months ago. I would call that fraud.
Answer: Yes, Lincare is fraudulent. I finally sent a letter to my Medicare Advantage and also Medicare. The only way to stop this company is to take action. All of our rants and raves are exactly that, rants and raves. Please talk to your insurance company and medicare provider. This company needs to not be in business, especially with such vulnerable customers who depend on them. WA state
Answer: You will not get satisfaction! I have struggled with this company for over one year because of Medicare requirements. Totally exasperating! Buyer beware!
Answer: Really? Then ask someone why I tried for over 3 weeks to get a new c-pap mask and hose from the HOME office in Florida and it never showed up! I'm not indigent like some of your customers, I don't accept incompetence. My sleep clinic simply changed me to a new supplier and I am now very, very happy with them.
Answer: DONNA, I REPLACE THE FILTER BY ASKING MY SUPPLIER, THEY USUALLY ARE VERY ACCOMADATING AND GIVE ME ONE. LINCARE, NORCO, AND SUPPLIER WILL REPLACE IT. I ALWAYS CLEAN THE VENTS MYSELF, BUT I LET THE COMPANY REPLACE IT.
LinCare has a rating of 1.5 stars from 799 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with LinCare most frequently mention customer service, insurance company and portable oxygen. LinCare ranks 44th among Home Care sites.
