I am new to Lincare, and I am totally disgusted with the customer service phone lines. I have called on a daily basis for 15 days, only for calls to be 'dropped' or not answered, I am writing to their customer service department and making a minimal payment until I hear from them.
This is absolutely appalling!

Horible Customer service

I am so totally disgusted with the service from Lincare I would change providers. My husband Needs O/2 24/7@ 3L. A portable concentrator was ordered almost a year ago and despite several calls he has still not received it. Each person I talk with give me a different excuse as to why he has not received it. I have been working with the Syracuse office 472- 0461 with several different customer service reps the latest was Tim and he told me it would be another couple of weeks.

Lincare thieves

Read this...
I got oxygen equipment from Lincare on 12/29/2016 and it was returned on 1-27-2017 (not even 30 days). I was billed on 1-11 for $119.83 and then AGAIN on 1-30 for another $119.83. Note that they billed me 3 days after they got the equipment back. I was just told that they charge for a month even if it is only one day. Sounds like fraud to me.

Received a bill last week for my mother's oxygen, she is a new customer of Lincare. I knew when I went to visit her at the nursing home the day I received the statement, she did not have oxygen. Called Lincare, they argued they delivered it. It was delivered to the wrong nursing home! When I called to discuss it with them I found why the have a one star rating, their customer service is pathetic. I will also be calling the insurance companies to let them know of services charged but not rendered.

I typically write only positive reviews, but this company warrants an exception. Only giving 1 star because I cannot give zero. Took untold hours of a my personal time over a period of 2.5 months to place and (I hope receive) a simple order. The missteps and lack of follow-up throughout this ordeal represent the absolute worst "customer service" I hope to ever experience.

I have been trying to have a semi-electric hospital bed delivered for my 83 y o Mother for a week! I call and leave messages and IF I get a call back there is no drivers or its the wrong office... SERIOUSLY? Worst company ever.

I have never seen a business run this bad. Never answer phones. Never ever get your order when you are supposed to and when you do. It's wrong!. Unbelievably incompetent. Week after week minth after month. My doctors whole large practice dropped them... This I'd a life sustaining company. Omg

Go elsewhere

I rely on lincare for my CPAP supplies. I have to call once per month to have them mailed out to me. In October it took 5 phone calls and 3 weeks for me to receive my supplies. This month so far I have placed 3 calls, left a call back number and called cooperate in Florida... still no response.

If you have an alternative I recommend using them.

Not dependable!

I haven't been with Lincare long so at first they got my oxygen like I was supposed to, but I can't get Lincare to refill my Oxygen. I've called and they put you on hold or they disconnect you. They tell you they have your order to deliver and it doesn't show up and then you have to start all over again. I would not recommend this company!

Worst Company Ever

I'm too mad to even explain the whole story! But the most incompetent people in the world. And the Durham, NC office is the WORST! I went months without supplies because you just keep getting the runaround! PURE AWFUL. Go anywhere else but here.

I wish I would have looked at all the negative reviews before I chose this company for cpap and supplies. They are worthless and have been billing my insurance company. Now it's over 5,000 and for what? I am looking into possible insurance fraud. Nobody knows anything!

Run dont walk!

I started using this company for my Cpap supplies after receiving a Cpap machine. They have ZERO customer service. Sent wrong supplies then continued to send wrong supplies after several phone calls ( some answered some not). I have no idea how they can still be in business.

Very dishonest company

My wife needed an Oxygen Tank when she had Covid, she only needed for a short time.
We contacted Lincare to come pickup the equipment. Two individuals came by to pickup the equipment, but we kept being billed for the equipment. Come to find out, they picked up the equipment but never turned it in. We now are receiving messages from Lincare stating they are going to move this to collections. We have contacted them multiple times, I was fortunate enough to remove our payment from the portal. We also tried to resolve the issue via the BBB but was told we are at fault and that we are the dishonest ones here. This is a corrupt company with some shady individuals doing some inside jobs of theft.

Incompetent business
April 30, 2019

As I sit here on April 30th 2019 still waiting for my oxygen masks that I called and requested on April 12 2019. My insurance company pays for my machine Faithfully every month and yet I've got to fight to get oxygen masks. This is been ongoing for the three years I've had the machine. I've also realized that nobody's bothered to come to service my machine and a year-and-a-half. I firmly believe when you are renting one of their oxygen machines that you should automatically get mask sent to you monthly. You should not have to call to request them and then wait almost a month to receive them. Anyone ever try using old masks? The rubber gets brittle and hard. And just imagine the the amount of bacteria that's inside those hoses. I'm very unhappy with their service but I live in an area where there are the only ones that provide what I need. So I don't have the options to change.

Moved called office no one would pick up. Moved out of state took equipment with us, called lincare in the new state. Told them in CT. Would not pick up equipment. They agreed to pick it up, even tho they did not use the tanks. Main office trying to charge me. Its BS since new state picked up the tanks with filling machine and concentrator,,, it should be in their records. Or do they not record items. Told them come by my house have no equipment of theres. My husband old boss gave my husband a new concentrator he had in storage. This ones light blue... lincares are grey. Worst company to work with,, total headache.

Customer Service

There customer service is very bad. It took me 2 months to get started and me calling every day, I had to talk to a manager to get my first supplies. And then you are suppose to get new supplies every 3 months. I started calling in March and here it is June and I still do not have my new supplies. No wonder people get so sick using the CPAP. I clean mine like I am suppose and you can tell the difference of them being good and needing replaced. This company is awful. Then you call them and you are upset and they interrupt you. It has been an awful experience with this company. Very upsetting and stressful.

Can't get it right

3 deliveries of wrong equipment. Told I'd get call back at least 15 times not one returned.
The people answering the phones have no knowledge of equipment or anything dealing with company and cannot make any decisions. Worst service I have ever seen. Company has monopoly on you once they put machine in your house so other companies cannot help. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

Who is managing this call center. They call you and don't say anything, then hang up. It's like they are only reviewing dials and time on call. I called, sat on hold, someone picks up eventually and sits in silence, I can hear them moving around in the background. Back on hold, picks up, does the same thing, sits in silence. Back on hold, picks up, sits in silence and then hangs up.

I assume these people are working from home and stealing money from the company. But I still blame lincare for hiring these types of workers.

I need to find a new provider ASAP

Ripping off Medicare
January 29, 2022

This company actually bills Medicare and my supplement, Anthem Blue Cross $1,200.00 for a few cpap filters, a cpap hose, and a new headgear. They already paid over 5 million dollars to settle a law suit for Medicare fraud a couple of years ago. Here they are again. Overcharging Medicare and insurance companies again.

Not very nice

When we called lincare to come pick their equipment up the gave us a certain time and never showed up. When we called them to see why they didn't show up they got very ugly and mean. Their customers service is awful and we will not deal with them again. If they can't tell the customers the truth the first time they don't need to be in business.
