8/12 placed an order for several shirts with Lilicloth. Shipped on 8/18 and delivered on 9/1. The XL shirt in my shipment was smaller than the Large, so I reached out to customer service and requested a replacement. Although I got an automated response that they'd reply in 48 hours, it took 10 days to get the reply that they don't support exchanges, only returns & refunds. I couldn't get them to understand that they sent me merchandise that was significantly smaller than their size chart indicated. They offered a 15% refund if I'd keep the "defective" merchandise. I declined. They offered a 25% refund if I'd keep the "defective" merchandise and I took it, just to be finished with them. It's impossible to have an intelligent conversation with someone who doesn't have a good command of the English language. YEP - this company is based in China! I would expect any reputable company to send me (for free) a shirt that conformed to the dimensions listed on the size chart on their website. Just couldn't convince Lilicloth that they should do that - despite the pictures I provided for them. RUN AWAY!
