I has ordered a couple of shirts for birthday presents and they didn't arrive in time. It took longer. Then I expected for them to arrive. No where in the description does it state that they were coming from overseas.

I'm disappointed with the lack of response for information on a returning an item. The procedure 48 hrs and it has now been 5 days and I'm stuck with a product that I can't use.

I tried to delete an item from shopping cart because I changed my mind after I saw how much shipping was for 1 shirt. Once I started the payment process I couldn't delete the Item. I then got an email telling me to finish the payment. SO I DID! I felt trapped into the purchase. Most sites let you remove or delete from the cart even after you start the payment process. You should give the customer that option.
