First time order. After ordering, I read the reviews -- all were negative and mostly had to do with customer service. First time I realized they would be shipped from overseas and billing to a foreign address. It concerned me, but everything was perfect. Took about ten days -- faster than I expected -- coming from overseas. Pleasantly surprised and very happy.
