Ordered several items but when I needed help with poor quality of one item, it was very frustrating. I thought the item had one edge left with no finishing collar but after I had dealt with you on this, I was only given the promise of a 40 percent refund. I was still left with an item I would have to pay someone to finish. I find this to be sub-quality service. When I was showing this to some friends, we discovered that all edges were left raw and unfinished! Can hardly believe I did not see this at first. So disappointed as this was to be a gift Why would you send out an unfinished garment?

I like my tops and sweatshirts to be BIG, not tight, so I order 3Xs normally. The 3X size at Lilicloth is a size 1X or size 18W in American sizes. Oh, they fit, but are way too snug, not at all the way I like them. Too much trouble to return them, but I want to warn any new people who are going to order any of the tops or novelty sweatshirts to be aware to order at least 2 sizes larger than their "normal" sizes. Also, be aware that if you order more than one item, they will arrive at different days, but all 5 of mine arrived within 2 weeks. Love the tops -- hate the sizing!

I got an email saying I had completed my order. However, I never received a confirmation with an order number. The credit card showed that my order was billed. I ended up doing an online chat explaining my concern. They were then able to provide the order number and tracking number. I received my order in time.

Part of the order came on time but rest came later than was orginally posted on my order. I also didn't understand why I couldn't get 10 % new customer discount or earlier it had a promo for free earrings and I couldn't find it again to check on that.
