Just read where it is based in China! The only way to communicate is with text on internet to an "agent" and she was no help at all. Do NOT order from this place. I am not impresssed at all. I am a grandmother to two precious grandchildren and they call me "Mimi" and I made a mistake orderering from this poor excuse of a company.
