Customer Service is a joke. Unreasonable, basically called me a liar. I called to return all of my order. Everything (tops) was cheap, way too small and the sleeve lengths were very short. The packing slip was wrong. It listed a top that was not in the shipment. Customer Service told me that it was IMPOSSIBLE that an item was missing. They even wanted a picture taken of my order! After a long time of hasseling with the idiots, Customer Service told me to call back in 2 days. WTF?
I then get a message that they would refund me 40% and to keep the merchandise. I decided to go with the offer and as for the clothes, all of it will be taken to a charity.
Please do not order anything from Lilicloth. I should have read the reviews before I ordered the merchandise. Just about every review is basically the same as my review!
