I ordered a shirt on 11/20 and it got delivered 12/24. Thats a long delivery time now days
Sweatshirt was not hemmed properly -- both the bottom and the sleeves. The neck was a raw edge of fabric -- totally unacceptable and unwearable. How about a refund.
I wish I'd read the BBB reviews before buying, as most BBB reviews had the same experience as me. Lots of fancy looking products on website. But customer service was awful. I placed an order on 11/29/2022, as the order estimated delivery was well before Xmas. 3 weeks later and order was still listed as "processing". As it was obviously not going to be received for Xmas, I requested cancelation via the website's "submit a ticket" feature. This feature says submittals would be responded to within 24 hours. Several days later with still no response, I contacted my credit card company to open an investigation and reverse the charge. Apparently my credit card company contacted lilicloth, because on 12/25 they notified me that my order was shipping. Today I notified lilicloth not to ship as my order is canceled. We'll see how they respond.
I love the photos and clever sayings but am very disappointed in the quality or lack of it. The sizes are either too large or too small for what they claim. Also it took two months to be delivered!
I won't buy any more.

EZ ordering. Many options and colors to choose from.I expected to have a very long wait time, since after ordering the delivery date given was 3-4 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised by a 12 day arrival.
The shirt size was expected. I'm not very satisfied with the durability of "iron on" stencil. We will have to gently wash by hand and air dry in order to give the shirt any longevity. Ironing out any wrinkles will require special attention as well.
Overall it was a welcomed gift to my daughter, just know that it will require special care to prolong its life for any length of time.

I really like the shirts but the company is non-existent for customer service. My email address was submitted incorrectly so I have never received any confirmation or information on my orders, they say they can't correct it but they can forward the information and haven't done it. The live chat people ignore you and just drop your conversation without finishing what needs to be done. I bought multiple shirts and one did not arrive so I tried to find out where it was and live chat just didn't respond back to me. It's frustrating and for that reason I can't shop here anymore.

Really slow order fulfillment. Began to worry that site was a scam, but they finally delivered.
Have to be careful when adding to shopping cart to be sure that your color and size selections transferred correctly.

Nice quality for the price and the shirts, with the exception of the small was true to size. With the small the arms were very long, in fact it was just overall, too big.
