I ordered 2 sweatshirts in November. Your message said they had been shipped to arrive Dec 12, Did not. When I got onto your chat line I was told they were out of stock. I requested a refund. One sweatshirt arrived on Xmas Eve! Now I've re-ordered the other. Not holding my breath.

The order took much longer than I anticipated. The merchandise was supposed to be sweatshirts. They were more like long sleeved shirts. Half of ordered was cancelled by you. No reason given. Waiting on refund. Very disppointed. Items looked cute, good prices, but poor quality & delivery very slow. Person who received the gift was the one who confirmed delivery, not you. I even emailed you asking where was the order & no response. Very disappointed.
