I received my four shirts (all size medium) and they were way too big. I then started the process of returning them. I would have ordered an XS, but that was not an option. The only way to return them is to ship them back to China. They said that I would be responsible for not only the shipping charges, but also the customs and duty charges as well. Customer service was not able to give me an estimate of how much it would all cost to return them. Having lived internationally, it is not uncommon to have customs fees equal to 100% of the value of the goods. So they offered me a 15% refund and increased it up to 30%, which I ended up taking, just to be done with them. I will never order from them again!
This website has an excellent selection of clothing and the prices are much more competitive than any other website you have visited. Shipping was normal, no problems. I bought many clothes and they were all very well packed. Overall, a very positive shopping experience.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend Lilicloth. I make 95% use of online shopping in my everyday life, and purchasing from Lilicloth was the worst experience I've ever had with regards to delayed delivery, unrealistic refund policies, extremely passive customer care service.
Ordered 2 tees. Shipped separately. Why? But one has arrived, the other is "lost". NO REFUND! Even though USPS admits to losing it. Tee that actually made it is WAY too small! Will never order from this place again...
These clothes are terrible! Very poor quality. Nothing like what is pictured. If you make the mistake of buying from here, do not open the package, just write "REFUSED" and have it sent back. You will thank me.

Ordered 4/28/22, received 5/29/22. Fulfillment needs help. Reasoning was weak. Supply chain issues and lack of truck drivers. If you need something in a reasonable time period find another vendor. Other than that product was good.
Bought a bunch of items for Christmas gifts. PLaced order 11/21/20. Still no delivery. All kinds of excuses. Thought would be shipped 10-15 days. Some items have barley left the plane. Very misleading. Will not trust them again.

I order 3 tee shirts in size extra large. One of them evidently runs small because it is too tight. The other two fit okay; however the sleeves and bottom do not have a true hem. Also, the fabric is very thin. I prefer a more substantial fabric such as 95% cotton with 5% synthetic that will last for several seasons. I will not be ordering another shirt.

Ordering and receiving merchandise was no problem, very easy. However, the X(XX)L sizes are too small. I had to give everything I order for me and my husband away. I will never buy from this site again. Also, one shirt I received didn't have a hem, even on the sleeves, not sure if that how it was suppose to be.
