Ordered gifts for Christmas on 12/7. As of 12/24 my gifts are stuck in Customs from China - who knows when they will arrive... Those I bought them for for won't see them under the tree this year. Too many other sources for this stuff with reasonable ship time to endure this poor shipping time. They will charge your credit card at lightening speed, though. LOL. Never again, Lilicloth. One and Done.

I haven't even received the order and already don't like this company. Placed order on 12/3 for two separate items, although a matched set (pullover and hat). Last update I have on shipments (two separate packages) show it's been in some sort of holding pattern since 12/22 and 12/27. This facility is about 20 miles from my home. No idea why it hasn't progressed any further.

BEWARE! Don't Buy! My personal experience dealing with Lilicloth has been one of frustration and utter disgust. Nearly impossible to return their products. Sift through the reviews and find out for yourself. These people will give you the turn around and claim that they want to help, but believe me, they do not. I tried for months to return their "below par" products, with repeated emails, and I got nowhere. After giving them an extremely bad review, they sent me a picture of a response by email (which was fake), saying I can return the products to a certain "Province" in China... No specific address and No clear instructions were included. Just a province in China. Unbelievable! This is like me asking you to call me, but I don't include my contact number. BEWARE! BEWARE! Lilicloth is grossly unfair.

Very easy... but shipping was too expensive. Almost didn't order. Why discount your item price, when you recoup your money on shipping? Clothing that I've ordered in the past from China, usually runs small. So, I ordered a large this time. It's way too big.

Lots of fun shirts my wife and daughter will love. The shirts were a little smaller than I expected - don't think they'll wear them outside the house. Otherwise, nothing noteworthy, positive or negative.

Fantastic internet experience. I had some issues with my order, but customer service was friendly, quick, and easy. Shipping was also a pleasant surprise. I'm a quality snob, so I despise shopping online because you never know what you'll get. My dress, on the other hand, did not disappoint. I would recommend this online store to anyone.

This is my first time ordering from this company. The shopping part was a piece of cake 5 stars, once I receive what I ordered depending on quality of the product the 5 star rating may change. Ok I received my 5 shirts the material feels almost like silk but very cheaply made. Size wise the Hawaiian shirts fit fine, the t shirts fit fine before they were washed they are to tight after washing. If you buy any order 1 size bigger. It would have been nice to know that before hand. I will not be buying from them again, it's all made in China.

I didn't know how well I'd like something ordered without trying it on but I ended extremely satisfied. The fabrics are nice. The look as in the pictures and all fit, although they seemed a tiny bit small

I ordered 2 sweatshirts in November. Your message said they had been shipped to arrive Dec 12, Did not. When I got onto your chat line I was told they were out of stock. I requested a refund. One sweatshirt arrived on Xmas Eve! Now I've re-ordered the other. Not holding my breath.

Nice website but it frequently freezes up. I enjoy looking at all the items but I wish there were more pictures (like front and back of items) and more detailed descriptions (like type of material and laundering instructions). Returning items has been impossible for me. There is no phone number and they never respond to my emails. Going forward I will not purchase anything that I am not willing to sacrifice losing my money on. I will probably continue buying from them because I like the merchandise. I've made 2 large purchases so far. Delivery takes some time; not like the overnight big "A" company. Overall, I'm happy.

Although shipping was a little longer than expected, I received all items. The material is thin and the item seems to have an iron on sticker. Although cute, I'm not sure how long this product will last going thru the washer a few times.

Beautiful selections, pleasant, easy shopping for them. However, shipping time was horrible! Items took 6 weeks and came piecemeal a few at a time. Plus they charged my account before I received any part of my order!
