I had complained in an earlier review of the poor customer service and the fact the company did not offer a 100% refund on a return. Well, I'm here to say that the company has responded to my complaints and has given me my full refund for a sweatshirt that I was not happy with. They were apologetic and conveyed to me that they were very concerned about customer satisfaction. So I now recommend buying products from this company if you so choose

When I received my 1st order I was not expecting to be fully satisfied but I was. I loved how everything was packaged, everything fit. I literally have ordered numerous times because they always have something new and I have loved everything. The shipping wait is not that long. I have to say I love this store.
I was duped again by another Chinese company all these reviews are fake this company does not exist only to take your money they have no products. EBay and Amazon have always delivered their products as promised. I ordered four shirts and they said they have been delivered I am home all day cuz I am retired and I actually received an order from eBay and again they're always here when they say they're going to be here, I'll bet all these reviews saying how satisfied people are are fake. I bet my bottom dollar and I'll bet you you'll say this order number does not exist

I purchased some merchandise in March 2023. I received the items in May, and they were of poor quality. I wanted to return the products and was told to the company would give me some of my money back. I had to pay for postage and once they received the package, I would also be reimbursed for my postage. After 5 additional months, I received the package back saying I did not pay enough postage. They are truly a sham and I rip off. Please do not buy anything from them. You will regret it.

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
