These are excellent for the price. The shipping is pretty intimidating, but considering the complete cost per item, it's a decent buy. Love the softness of the sweaters. I would advise people pay attention to the size chart for every item, and if you don't want a fitted garment, size up one size. Overall a good place to buy and I would buy again. Colors were true on the pictures to what I received.
Item is too large. I cannot wear it. I asked about returning it and was told I would have to ship to China. Too costly. Now I have to give it away. Not happy.

Poor product quality, the order was late, received in poor packaging and damaged. I followed the returning policy and after submission, a message pupped up stating that someone will sent an e-mail in one business day with more details on how to return the damaged product. No response for more than a week. There are no other way on how to follow up and no customer services contact details. I demand a full refund for my payment including the shipping charges.

I ordered several items from different areas on app. All items were received as requested and before expected date. The clothing items were of good quality as always. I was very disappointed in the screen covers for cell phones however. For the most part, I was happy with the LITB items and will continue to shop on their site.
Rip off. Poor quality, holes in fabric, sizing is terrible. Returned items 2 months ago to CHINA and still waiting on refund, less the $65.00 postage. There are better companies that do this in America. They do not stand behind their product.

The quality of the items were nice however the sizing chart was not as accurate as it should be. I had ordered a size large as I have always done for my wife, however the items arrived as an extra large although labeled as large. The chest size was at least 6" larger and the sleeves were 8" longer than indicated. My wife can not wear these at all, even if we rolled up the sleeves, which should not be required.
This was the first article that I have ordered with LightIn TheBox and everything went great. Easy to order, very clearly what you order (with pictures and everything) en the quality is great. After this product I already ordered many more clothes en they all are great and I am sure that many more orders will follow. This order was a 'thin' sweatshirt with a Christmas print. Though it being 'thin' material it is very warm and I wear it very often.
Bought 2 T-shirts for Xmas gift for my grandson. I ordered the biggest size available, which is actually 2 sizes larger than usual. What came is very much smaller, barely fits and extremely poor quality material. It is basically garbage and a waste of money. Merchandise came from China and that was not mentioned on their site.

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
