I ordered 4 dresses and I used their sizing but when I received the dresses they were all too small. I returned the items for a larger size or refund and I haven't received a thing back. I spend over $200 on the dresses and another $70 on postage and now I am out of pocket and have nothing to show for it. Be careful when you order. If you send something back you may not get your refund.
After receiving shoddy goods and wanting to return them, I have found this very difficult. Also why say they need to return to Asia when they have a Royal Mail stamp on. Cant even leave a comment for the supervisor as it does not work. Very disappointed.

I have bought everything from clothing to kitchen gadgets and everything between. We have been surprised and pleased with all I've ordered. They have good quality products for amazingly low prices, and a quick turnaround and delivery time.

Do not buy from this company. They have a policy of returns for clothing to be within seven days of purchase. But it took 30 days to arrive. Then if you read the fine print they will not return clothing at all. They won't provide a return ticket. They say they do but it was not on my items via email. They make it extremely difficult to return any items.

Order 2 dresses online, delivery took a week however there the good stuff ends
Dresses were poor quality and vastly oversized.
Tried returning for past week however its taking ages to get address of where to return items to. Keep getting replies offering me other items or refund to 20% as apparently returning the item will cost the same as price of dresses (£70)
Complete waste of time and a scam!

I ordered something and there was and issue with the delivery. The postal service returned the package to light in the box (had a tracking number so we know they got it back)so I contacted them and asked if I repaid the shipping would they send it again they offered me a coupon toward another purchase. I want the item I already bought and paid for. I have not heard from them again and there's no phone number to call them. Save your money shop elsewhere.

Before you purchase note that many purchases will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to look at what's excluded, many dresses are considered custom made and they won't refund if it doesn't fit. In order to return you have to pay postage back to China, but they won't accept the package without a return authorization. Check out the BBB ratings before you buy.

So far I have placed two different orders and the products have been wonderful so far. To me they are unique in their class.
The only suggestion I would make is to adjust the shipping and shipping insurance costs; these are way too much inflated which defeats the purpose of whatever money you were supposed to save in the products ordered. It seems like they push you to buy the yearly shipping and handling membership. If they can fix that then the company will beat Amazon.
Their expedited shipping is a not fast at all, very deceptive website, terrible customer service, any customer thinking of buying should run the other way. It should also be posted on social media how terrible this company is and how much they lie about shipping payments and refunds. Do not EVER buy anything from this company!
The customer service of Light in the box, is nothing if not the best I have had the pleasure of in many years.
Your package is followed each and every step of the way, they keep all options available at all times. If ONLY all customer service was this honest and well done, there would be a planet of happy people.

Its wonderful knowing Light in the Box i have been shopping there for a few years now and what really made me review this site is because i find quality products there with very little reviews. So every one check this site out and you will see and feel the satisfaction i did received shopping there.
Everyone with a terrible experience from shopping with Light in the Box should make it known and share what their experience has been with other consumers on their Facebook page--they have one--and with over 3 million likes. It is disgusting so many people have shared how ripped off they have been by their poorly run practices.

I have purchased a few dance shoes from this site and have been very happy with the processing and speed of delivery. I chose the fastest shipping option and to pre pay customs, so no surprises when I receive my order. The quality is good value for money too. Very happy and will be buying more.
I've ordered many times from LightinTheBox and all the times I've received all my orders in a timely manner, neatly packaged and most of all cheap but without compromising their quality. I've never had any issues and one time i had to contact them their service support was excellent. My latest order was a fake tattoo that came within 2 weeks, the item was in excellent condition with an unbeatable price. I'm sure everyone will find things to buy and DO BUY them you will not regret it!
My update of Light in the box. After my really bad experience and almost hopeless situation things changed. I was contacted by the customer service by the supervisor Megha. She offered me a special solution and I hope everything will be ok. I have to say I changed my mind. I like the way this company cares about the customers. It seems the customer's happiness and positive experiences are really important for them.
Do not buy nothing from this company! I bought a winter coat from this website. First of all delivery took forewer, but I was patient and understanding. When I finally received it I found out that one of the pocket has a big tear. Because the tear is inside of the pocket it's almost impossible to fix it and use the pocket. I tried to contact a costumer service maybe 50 times. Unsuccessful. You have just 7 days for returning or exchanging, but every try ends with the notification "error, try later". The worst part is the fact there's no other way to contact a customer service except through the form you have to fill. But you have no chance to fill and submit it. Practically you can't nothing return or exchange no matter what.
Customer assistance is very quick to assist you, and that's a great thing, there's a lot of Anime style clothes, cosplay costumes, accessories and other things and this is great too.
BUT, the date of order change randomly day by day with a bad feedback for the customer, tracking is too slow, the update comes 2/3 days later, and some clothes are not as the pic show.
Reimbursement isn't fair.
40% of the value in coupon and you keep the merch
30% in cash back and you keep the merch
Or 100% of cash back but you pay the courier (and from Italy to China it's a lot of money)
This should be modified.
It offers the optional insurance for the travel and this is great

We did receive our goods two days after negative review, the shipping details were confusing and am pleased we received the Shower Curtain it is just what my husband wanted. Very sceptic about ordering from this site. But my husband liked the product, ordered from Bol.com. All other products are received and in use in our home, Lightinthebox is the only vendor to take our money and not deliver. Very disappointed. Now need to spend time getting money back.
An order was cancelled but I am still waiting for your company to refund my money. Your customer service is nonexistent. Follow your return direction to the letter only to have your submit button not work. Tried it multiple times. You do not provide a number or other way to contact you. Terrible customer service!

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
