Warning: Don't waste your $$$ on Expedited Express. You will not receive it in 3-5 business days. It has been over a week, and still, haven't received the order. I do understand that the order is coming from China, so there is no way the order will be received in that amount of time. My bad! I didn't realize I was ordering something based out of China!
I can't say anything about the quality of the items yet will upon receipt. But, I will not order again from this company. I guess I am spoiled, and maybe impatient since I always order from Amazon Prime and receive my items literally at my doorstep in no more than 2-days from ordering. So, if you live in the states, order from Amazon Prime! They have pretty much everything this company sells!

I ordered some sandals last week and the next day I decided to cancel my order. I read that if I canceled my order within 24 hours I would get a full refund. I did just that but have not received a refund or a response. I have emailed them and submitted a request for my refund but have not heard back from them. Please do not order anything from this company. And please do your homework and read the reviews and return policy before ordering anything from anyone.

They state, "If you have ordered as your local size, it may not fit you." They "suggest keeping the item" as "returning ito China may not be the most economical option." Other "Customer Service" options include: Keep the item and receive a 20% coupon; Keep the item and receive a refund of 10%; Send the item back to China at your expense and receive a refund. They offer no phone number at their so-called customer service site. Never ordering again from them again. Also dress received had a different style of slieve than pictured.

Awful. I ordered an item on 08/06/17 with a shipping of time of 9 - 14 business days. The item never arrived they have since changed the expected delivery multiple times, '38-40 days'; 'up to 60 days' and now it's 'up to 180 days'. Bought some shoes that were far too wide. Trying to return, this is the response I got.
"We're sorry that you want to return the product. Sorry that we don't have the return label, please return it to our Asia warehouse by the cheapest tracking service in the post office. Usually, it costs $10-$40, and it takes 2-4 weeks for delivery. The refund GBP 51 will be issued once we receive it and pass the quality check."

I have had the worst experience dealing with this site. It's honestly so unprofessional. I was told I could get a full refund of my package (2 months late in delivery). When I tried to return it they all of a sudden said I would have to take care of the shipping and get no reimbursement. The item costs $40, the shipping was $33. One lady mentioned I could get a discount, when the next said no. They don't have a phone number to call either which is very unsettling, and the average response I get takes 2-3 days.
Hand's down never going to make a purchase to this online store ever... ever... again. Stay away!
UPDATE: Slava from customer service contacted me to tell me that my duty costs are covered by the insurance I paid for. He has promised a refund to my cc within a week. I'm very satisfied with this exceptional service. Thank you Slava!
I placed an order for $171.00 - shipping was $24.00 and duty was $67.00. I was unaware of the duty charge...probably my mistake!

Linen skull on arm shirt was a true hit at a recent event and fit great on my Man. Pullover shirts were a little small on him but kept for another family member due to happiness with the product. I enjoy shopping on Light in the Box. Their prices are phenomenal and their styles are right up my alley. The shipping process takes quite long but when you're not paying for it then it's hard to complain too much. So far I would recommend Light in the Box to just about anyone.

Beware it's a scam site and do not buy any item from there! We bought a cheap stuff but a paid a huge amount and wanted to return. But they have made our life difficult to return the item by offering reward in terms of coupons. Scam!

Don't use them! Ordered a memory card which did not come in 2 weeks as promised. After I enquired computer reply said it could take 2 months. Now after 3 months and another complaint computer says it may take 180 days! Can't get reply from real person. No money back. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

Chinese firm disguised as western one. Clothing stuff is way off the sizing charts. Very complicated to return. Took 5 months to arrive to China. I inquire and they say case is closed. I lost my money and the merchandise plus what I paid to return it.

I had to click one star in order to write this review, but it doesn't deserve any stars. A nightmare to return and a no-refund policy that's not obvious until you try to return and get a refund. And total make believe explanations. Plus extremely poor quality of sewing and fabric. Stay away!

I ordered a green velvet dress as a potential bridesmaid dress. It looked like a bathrobe on. When I went to return, they didn't want to because "it wasn't their fault". The color wasn't as rich, the material was cheap, and it took 2 weeks to arrive. I had no idea I was ordering from China or I would have shopped elsewhere. Don't make my mistake.

If I could give a zero it would be to great for a scam company from China. Linen shirts were polyester not linen. Return policy is a joke. Beware of all companies from China as it seems if you want to be ripped off just buy something from that country. We as the United States should have something in place to protect the citizens against fraud.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment.
