As a first time purchaser from Lightin The Box I have to say that I was impressed. The ease of purchase on the website, the precise way in which I could track the delivery status of the goods and the quality of the delivered products all mean that I will return to purchase in the future.

Great online shop. I am using it a long time and very happy with it. All items are good quality and customer support always ready to assist in any question. Only packaging disappoints me, all items come only in carton box, no bubbles or something to prevent item damaging, when i order headbands or laces for my wife, they always came with some damage (but last time customer support gives me coupon as a compensation for use in next order). Also sometimes shipping takes too long, but it happens pretty rare.

I ordered a corset as a gift for a friend. As soon as she opened the box, she put it on right away. It was a perfect fit right out of the box. She absolutely loves it! And I don't mind saying, she really did look fantastic in it. She tends bar part time in addition to her full time job. Hello. I ordered three times from LightInTheBox and i was very pleased with the items, except a few that were a bit small for me, but i can fix that. I like the fact that the items shown in the pictures are exactly what you receive. I would like the dresses a bit longer because they come very very short. As i said before i can make them longer, but this would be a plus. I watch often your products and i have to say that i am very pleased with the quality and also the fact that when i ask a question, i get the answer the next day. Thank you very much.
I received a mobile phone from this excuse for a on line shopping site and can only say its a disaster area.
When I received my phone it never worked, I contacted them 5 times and only got fobbed off from one useless operator to another, the phone was supposed to cost 82 but by the time I got it ( 33 days late) it had cost me 126.
I returned this phone 6 weeks ago and have never had an email or phone call about it. Have tried their CHAT link, worst than useless.
I will never order anything from this lot again and urge you to follow suit.
I have checked my order number and i didnt expect you to admit making a balls-up of my order, keep the 126, maybe you can put it towards training some of your staff how to pick orders and treat customers.

This is the worst company I've ever encountered. I have never in my life written a negative review for a company but was so compelled to do so after my terrible experience. I was forced to purchase from them as my future sister-in-law chose the bridesmaids dress from this site for their December wedding 3 months away. I just had a baby 1 week ago and this is not a good time at all for me to purchase a dress due to pregnancy weight gain so therefore I wanted to possibly order 2 dresses in 2 different sizes and keep the one that fit best and return the other. I do a lot of online shopping and this situation would normally not be any sort of issue with any company I've ever purchased from. As this is a company I have never heard of in my life and was not be aware of their credibility/policies, I wanted badly to contact the company directly and speak with someone in person to check their return policy. There is no customer service number on the site anywhere. The only "customer service" available is to have an online chat. The problem is the hours where this is available is between 7 pm-7 am (10 pm-10 am EST) so the majority of those hours are during the night... this makes absolutely no sense. The "customer service rep" I spoke with, Vincent, could not have been any more unhelpful. I explained to him my situation and asked about the return policy and his response again and again was "I see." Eventually after more prodding on my part, he said " perhaps online ordering isn't the best choice for you."
This was the most frustrating experience I've ever had in my life dealing with a company. I cannot imagine many Americans purchase from this site as no American I know of would put up with this. This company does not seem to care at all about customer service.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
