I ordered some stuff from this website in plenty of time for Christmas gifts. It is now 1/4/2016 and still have not received items. Opened a resolution with PayPal, no response from seller.
This company is a joke. I placed order well before Christmas paid extra for faster delivery. What a joke. Today 1-3-16 still says shipped. Cannot reach a person to talk to. Tracking is a joke too. Gives no info. Save your $$ don't waste your time here.
I ordered a watch on December 14 which had an estimated delivery time of 8-10 days. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. It has been 19 days and the watch has not arrived. The tracking number that was sent is fake - it does not work. I reached out to customer service last week and received no reply even though the website promises a response within 1 day.
I placed my order on 12/12/15 I got a confirmation # and a promise date of 15-20 business days. 21 days later NOTHING! I tried to log on and THEY FORGOT MY LOG IN INFORMATION! I tried to re-establish as a "new" customer and the log in exists. SO, I tried to retrieve my password NOTHING! These people are out right trying to RIP-OFF the DUMB AMERICANS! This is an overseas company that "PRIDES" itself on excellent customer service yet, offers NO CONTACT INFO, e-mail or, domestic telephone number! These people are just a genuine rip-off, scam artists with a fancy website and empty promises.
IF YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY. PLEASE, send it to me! I will proudly spend it on USA goods and not some international scam artist!

I received my order, nothing was wrong other than one LED bulb didn't work (and they promotly shipped out a replacement). I asked repeatedly for a receipt to be issued so I could self clear my package, and they NEVER did that. There reply was "since you didn't know about the duty costs, we'll refund you half after you pay it". Then they say it might take 30 days for the refund to appear in your account. By that time they have closed your ticket, there is no phone number to call them in, and the evidence you had that they were going to pay you is gone. I've tried emailing them and I get no response. Pretty shady, I'm lucky I got my product. Will never buy from them again.
I ordered an xbox one controller and a Wii U Controller from this site for Christmas gifts for my boys. I ordered on December 8th, I got a confirmation email with order number. On the 12th I got an email saying the order was delivered (no tracking number) and it would arrive in 5-8 business days. I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY ITEMS. I have attempted to contact them, but the only contact information I have found is an e-mail. NO RESPONSE FROM ANY E-MAIL SENT. I will be calling my bank today to let them know what is going on. Hopefully I can get the money back one way or another. BE AWARE!
I ordered a helmet camera on the 29th November, as of today, the 31st December, I still havent recvd anything. I do however have the reassurance of having paid with paypal and i could dispute the transaction through them, and to my surprise L. I. T. B have today issued a full refund. So if you do choose to buy something from them (which I would avoid at all costs!) USE PAYPAL!:-)
After reading all the bad reviews I thought I could kiss my money goodbye. I guess I was a lucky one, but this site was alright. I got a free Christmas hat with my order that is too dam small, but was free anyways. Ordered some snowboarding gloves and they fit snug. Just need to test them out on the slopes. Otherwise decent service, but I had to get a separate tracking # through filing a request ticket which wasn't available through the site. Came the next day after filing, which when looking at the timeframe, took 8 business days as stated. Ordered on 12/14/2015, shipped on 12/18/2015 got it 12/30/2015. All in all it was a nerve racking experience because of all the low-rated reviews, but I got what I asked for in the allotted time. They even offered to take 10% my order order as compensation for the lengthy process. I'd probably order from them again, depending on how well the gloves hold up. Good luck to everyone.

It has been a month since I have ordered from this website and have yet to see a single item I have ordered, when I tried to track from the tracking number they gave me it kept saying error: expired! Apparently my order was shipped into 3 different orders, one of which it says it was shipped on the 27th of December! Are you kidding me?!?!? I paid on the 29th of November!
Ordered eyelash extension kit for my daughter for Christmas they stated delivery before Christmas never arrived emailed customer services told me it was due to the post been busy over Christmas period and should be here by 4th Jan emailed them back telling them I want full refund plus any costs I incur from returning it IF it ever arrives now waiting for there response

Originally bought an item from them on the 13th. I upgraded the shipping to 5 days to 8 day. They didn't even get around to shipping the item until the 17th 4 days after I paid for it. I emailed them I tell them my concerns. They tell me that it will take 12 days, but yet I paid for 5 days to 8 days no phone number and they don't email you back. When they say they're going to ship out the item they don't. They do not tell the truth about. You end up paying for something that doesn't exist. It was supposed to be here within 5 to 8 days which was well before today. Yet I'm still waiting for to show up at my door. Finding out it's noyt in the Us. horrible compan please do not buy from them. Please do not buy from these people you will regret your purchases.
So sad this Christmas morning because my son will not have the only gift he wanted. I ordered a trick style scooter and piad almost 60 dollars in shipping... this was on Dec. 13 it says it shipped over a week ago but no other information is attached. The website said order now to receive by Christmas. There is no number to call and now I'm stuck waiting on a gift (expensive one at that) that may never arrive. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
