I ordered a wedding dress from this site in 2009, it looked like a rag when on the hanger but when I put it on it was fabulous. It didn't fit entirely to size and I had to have the straps removed but even after this dress fitting it was still gorgeous. The dress cost £80 (Stirling) inclusive of delivery. The UK dressmaker's handiwork cost another £80 (Stirling) so in total a beautiful dress for £160 (Stirling), I think that is very good value. I would have preferred it to have fitted straight off, but I did anticipate there may be an issue and so I had the dressmaker on standby.
Product looked soft and flowing in the picture; a loose fitting garment. Product delivered was shiny material and tight fitting. Refund or return was impossible based on shipping cost to China or and offer of $5 credit on a future purchase. I have no intention of purchasing for them again.

They try to tell you that the cost to return is going to be too much for you, but once you say you'll incur the cost, they'll tell you it's not returnable. Be careful ordering from this company.

I am sorry to read that the dress wasn't suited. When reading through the previous ticket, I learn that you've mistakenly selected the smallest size, while you actually needed a size 16W. The colours of each fabric are displayed on the color chart. Can you please compare the colour of the received dress? I placed my order on 11-27-21, I was suppose to get by 12-21-21 it never arrived in the tracking number it made it to my state but never to my address. I was told they had insufficient address but they had my exact address. I was told it was returned to them. I confirmed they had ther correct address and they would reshipbbur they did not reship. Then I was told they didn't get it back and they would resin if I paid an additional $6.26 or o could get 70% credit. It's not my error. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, they are iN China and have no phone number. The complaints are endless! I ordered a jumpsuit and although they charge for fast shipping my item never came. When I attempted to contact the company they did not allow for phone calls or text conversations. When I attempted to just cancel the order (since the arrive by date had passed and it hadn't even shipped yet) They sent me to a page that asked for my account information, when I put in the proper information it stayed on "processing" never sending me to the right page. When I purposely put in the wrong information it immediately came up that it was invalid. They are deceitful and not reliable! SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I ordered some slipcovers for chairs. When they came it was evident that they were too small. I tried to arrange a return but was told that I would have to send them back to China, which would cost more than I had paid for them. I bought a skirt, which unfortunately did not fit these,. Things happen. However the material was shoddy and the cut of the garment poor consequently I wanted to return it and get a refund. I have never seen such a complicated and deliberately convoluted process It seemed to be specifically designed to deter customers from doing this. Ishall donate the skirt to charity. I had some difficulty with the checkout process. It was unclear where I was supposed to add in the coupon before the payment. So that was a confusing experience. I thought the items I ordered would be good quality - they weren't even suspiciously low price so I thought I would be fine. I was wrong. I paid $30 for a wedding garter set that looked like it was part of a halloween costume. The elastic had exposed strings and wasn't even attached properly to the lace. The tulle looked cheap, the sequins looked cheap. I could have gotten a much nicer one on Etsy for the same price or less! I also ordered some battery powered fairy lights. They were awful. They had really thin, poor quality wire that looked like it was going to break. The actual lights were so small and looked really bad. They weren't even that cheap! I would have paid exactly the same price at Bunnings - I just wanted fairy lights with a smaller, less ugly battery pack! Never again. I would not recommend buying anything from Light In The Box. I will try to get a refund for my rip off products.

The worst part of this whole experience has been trying to get a refund. At first they only offered me a 10% refund. Or a 20% discount on my next order as a "reward." Are you kidding me? Then my other option was to pay $23 to send my "$43 worth" of $#*!ty light in the box products back to China. Spend more money, on a company that's already fraudulent and would probably deny ever receiving the package? No deal. Then I was offered a 50% refund to change my one star review to a four or five star review... well, it's better than what they offered me before. Not a very honest way to review the company though.
I absolutely do not recommend ordering anything from this fraudulent website. It's a scam. Stay far away.
PAY WITH PAYPAL IF YOU ORDER! I actually succeeded in getting a full refund of the full charge including postage by raising a dispute with paypal!

I was told they closed one of thier distribution center ( has nothing to do with me). They sent me a return label after they said I couldn't send it back to China or where ever than had the nerve to respond & say I sent it to the wrong place. Excuse me but it's your label. Ridiculous. After reading through previous correspondence I learn that you've returned the package back on your own initiative. Please be aware the return address will only be shared after 1 of the aftersales customer service agents gave the approval to return. Have you returned the package back to the address that is indicated on the shipping label? If the case, then this will be the USPS warehouse, with who we don't cooperate with. In fact we put a yellow sticker on the outside of our parcels, especially to warn customers not return the package to the address that is printed on the shipping label. Despite our warning we we wont get the dress back. Considering this it's not evident to justify a full refund.

I ordered some hoodies for my grandkids for Christmas which took longer than what it should have to be received. The hoodies were too small so I reached out to them to tell them. I was given a couple options and was trying to make my decision. Advised them December 27 that I was interested in option a or B which was not even close to what was paid for the hoodies. They closed the ticket out on January 5,2022. Their website is not user-friendly therefore there's no way to reach out to them to let them know my decision. If I could I would not even give one star

After reviewing my order at a cost of 50.00. It was the wrong item for the wrong device. I have sent replies stating this. However lightinthebox has seen fit to just send a receipt confirmation. I sent a request in but their software for to request return and replacement does not let you know that it was sent. It appears that it actually hasn't so you click send again, I did this multiple times. Then you check it later they send a response to each time I sent it in as cancelled along with a ticket number you cannot find. I requested assistance to find the proper ticket number. I get sent another confirmation of delivery.
It's a shame I can't rate my satisfaction lower. For a Canadian company based out of Markham Ontario. I would have thought it would be easier to return a product to exchange it for a proper one, than it is to do the same with a company out of a foreign country but that is not the case. I have still not recieved anything on my request for assistance you should have a customer contact number at the least rather than a convaluted circle chase.
I am a very disappointed customer at this time.
