Return system awful.
Just want to alert people to 2 things. The goods come from China so it will take at least 2 weeks to get to you. You know the saying... you get what you pay for... well just sayin it's totally true in this case.

Ordered goods, paid and received invoice and receipt. All seems fine until I received 1 of 3 items - contacted customer service but non existent and received a standard delaying tactical response. Chased them down for 2 months all to no avail. Latest is coming are asking what I mean by stating I received 1 item out of 3 ordered and paid for. Not quite sure what they don't understand but not helped nor refunded - crooks and a coo Isley fraudulent company - keep away!

I ordered a special occasion dress that was a shown in a beautiful eggplant color. I didn't have it custom made ordered a regular size. When it came it was the CHEAPEST material ever, it was a red not eggplant. I tried to return they said NOPE that I needed to prove it was the wrong color, and besides they stated it was custom made. When I replied I didn't like the color, and it was a regular size, they reply was no matter what the size they are all customs made, to read on the site! I am stuck with a $200.00 ugly red dress that no one would wear, made to a costume party! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Meine Zufriedenheit hält sich in Grenzen, da ich bei meiner vorletzten Bestellung, in der ich mir auch einen Anzug gekauft hatte, enttäuscht wurde. Obwohl ich keine Schuld an meiner Bestellung habe, schlage ich mich noch mit der vollen Gutschrift für dieses nicht zu verwendende Produkt herum. Ich hoffe auf Einsicht des Betreibers und volle Gutschrift der Ware. Eine Rücksendung auf eigene Rechnung lehne ich ab!
Alles in allem bin ich aber mit dem global agierenden Onlinehändler recht zufrieden!

Ordered a blue jacket, received a product that was two sizes too small, material was color faded in some spots. Requested refund but was informed I would have to refund to China, which expense was more than the jackets value. Paypal complaint is pending.

Fast delivery, accurate item description and great quality
I am really upset because in the website I bought a custom, this is for an special event and they said around 5 day to send, I pay and in the tracking from DHL, the message is I am going to receive thin until Aprtil 4th! I need the item for April 1st! Now I must to buy another one in other place, maybe Amazon.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
