Is very difficult to get help

For sample on the lite i they send me UK conation i have to purchase on Amazon the convertible.
It should purchase a item to used on north AMERICA IT SHOULD BE North AMARICA connection.
I purchase a manual blood pressure monitor that is not work al of fully intelligent arm style electronic.
The rest is ok
But deffinible i will purchase the lest is possible

SUCKY SHIPPING SERVICE

I ordered a couple of items on the 9th of November they said it would take 10-20 business days to arrive its now November 28th and i have yet to get anything NEVER AGAIN WILL I WASTE MONEY ON THIS SITE! Horrible customer service horrible tracking service just plan horrible site don't shop on litb
