Stitching gone wrong

I order a dress for my daughters wedding. When I order the product it said 4-7 business days, I received the dress 3-4 weeks later. I kept tracking my order with the tracking number I was provided and it kept saying tracking number not available. Once the dress came in, I couldnt even pulled it over my shoulders nor could it go over my knees the oppposite way. I order this dress in the size that I always wear. I tried to exchange the dress for a bigger size and I was told custom made measurements doesnt allowed you to return or exchange. This dress wasnt custom made with my measurements, it was a simple choose your size dress. After I complain through email I was told to measure the dress myself and send photos of me doing so. I'm not a seamstress, I do not sew, so what was the reason for this idk. The dress cost me $178 and I cant return or exchange it. The way it feels and the stitching seems to me like the person that made the dress messed up on the sewing. I will never ever order anything from this site again. I'm warning people to not run when you see this ad or website. This by far has been the worst experience ever in my life with shopping online.

I am sorry to read the dress was too small and for the very unpleasant shopping experience. I will try my best to help you resolve this.

The sizing of our clothing might run small when compared to your habitual North American size. To avoid sizing problems, all the products are indicated on the website with their exact measurements in both inches and centimetres. This dress is a made-to-order product, despite having chosen 1 of the available sizes it wasn't in stock. This also explains the large gap of 11 days, between the date of payment and the date when the parcel left the warehouse. To be able to accept the dress back, photos showing the wrong measurements with measuring tape or stitching problems would have allowed us to make a case. You will also find we advertised the dress an additional tailoring time on the website, directly under the 'add-to-cart' button.

Conflicted feelings about this company

So far I have eventually received all items I have ordered, but a couple I had issues with that didn't show up when they were supposed to!
Company did call me directly about one order and asked if I had received it? Which I hadn't and they shipped the order again and I finally got it. Another order I checked the tracking number and I got a message from the Post Office that the shipping label was counterfeit and the order I was getting was seized by the Post Office and I wouldn't get the item.
I attempted to contact Light in the box about this issue and I couldn't get through to anyone from the company and left me to wonder if I ever get my order or not? Eventually the item I ordered did show up though!
Only issue I have with this company is there's no easy way to reach out and talk to anyone from this company. You have to take it on faith your items you ordered will eventually show up! Maybe the company will call you and check to see if you received the order eventually as well? Like I said, so far I have got all the orders I have bought eventually! The company seems to be honest at least, they just need to work on their customer service issues where customers can actually reach them when there's a problem! Other than that, I have no complaints!

Items I have bought have showed up eventually, some sooner than others! Good points for Light in the box contacting me directly to see if I had received one of my items? Which I hadn't, so they shipped the order to me again and I finally got the item.
Bad issue is there does not seem to be any way to contact this company yourself? If you haven't received an item their system won't allow you to talk to anyone about any issues you may have? For example one item I checked with the tracking number came up with a message from the Post Office stating the shipping label was counterfeit and my order was seized by the Post Office and I wouldn't receive the item. Tried to contact Light in the box about this issue and couldn't get thru to anyone from this company. But I still did get the item eventually! If this company had an easy way to contact them, I would gladly recommend this company. But with no way to contact them if you have a problem? I have to say use this company at your own risk and hope for the best! It can make you very nervous if you're going to get a order you paid for or not, when you find a problem and you're order hasn't showed up and you can't ask this company what's going on? Especially when the tracking number comes up saying the shipping label was counterfeit! Whether it was or not, I have no idea? But light in the box did ship the order again and I did finally receive it!
Company seems to least be honest and tries to get orders to customers. They just need to have a way for customers to easily contact the company when problems arise!

Great quality clothes at a steal. Just remember that Asian sizing is quite a bit smaller than US or Canadian sizing so always check the measurements.

THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME! I ORDERED FROM THEN ON 1-1-16, MY ORDER DIDNT EVEN LEAVE THEM YET! I GOT 3 EMAILS SAYING IT WAS SENT OUT THE 2ND. I GET AHOLD OF THEM YESTERDAY, THEY FINALLY GIVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER. I TRACK IT... LMAO! ITS STILL THERE! IVE ASKED FOR MORE EXPLANATION, THEY SAY ITS "PEAK SEASON". WTF! THEY OFFER ME 10% OF MY ORDER OFF MY NEXT ORDER! WTF! This is a joke!

It turned out to be fake lether. I got skraches on the bag after three days of use. Totally worthless! Payed around 800 Swedish kronor inclusive the delivery. And the bag looks so cheap and plastic. What a shame!
