The customer service is human: they understand, they act within a comfortable time frame too. They don't beat around the bush with results and the options are always to the customer's benefit. I have bought a phone, two tablets and dresses from LITB - all of them are of superb quaqlity. Once I got an order that had a discrepancy and LITB offered me 3 attractive options to resolve my query. With such committed service, I rate it on the same level as Amazon, another trusted web-market.

They also offer pre-sales service, helping you to find the product right for you. I had input my papyal ID incorrectly too many times in my last order and LITB's site refused to accept any payments from my paypal even after I had remembered the correct password; as it was trying to prevent a fraudulent purchase. LITB contacted me, asking me to verify that I was indeed trying to make a valid purchase. I was very impressed by this.

I also had to contact paypal to release the funds to LITB... the security is astonishing and I feel safe as a buyer of LITB. The shipping speed and product packaging is absolutely phenomenal! There is no need to be anything but happy having found LITB, even through the Amazon Market - where I found them initially.

Good, but..

Ten orders done and concerning them no problems whatsoever so far.
Bought the tax insurance when necessary and it worked delightfully for the two parcels that got stuck in the customs. Customer service has been quick and friendly.
Haven't had the need to do any returns or exchanges.
Shipping takes the usual 2-3 weeks but so what. That's just as expected and tracking numbers let you see where it's going.

Tip for consumers: If you're ordering clothing, make sure to carefully measure and compare to the sizing charts - but you probably already know about the difference in EU, US and ASIAn sizes, don't you?:)

In the spirit of full disclosure, I'll add this experience into my review.

They (or someone, read on.) sent me an email in July and thus I made the first version of my review here. But since I gave her/him/them the details, nothing. Complete silence even from their feedback email address, which I mailed twice with the same concern with a fortnight between them.
Now it's been another two weeks since last mail and still no reply or reaction of any kind.
So had one/two stars deducted for this, sorry.

FRAUD COMPANYYY!

AVOID THIS SHOPP! FRAUD COMPANYY!
PAYPAL DISPUTE ONLE WAY TO GIVE MONEY BACK.
In MAY I bought car radio 170$ from EU WAREHOUSE. AFTER OVER 2 MONTHS I NOT RECEIVED PACKAGE. I WRITE TO LIGHTINTHEBOX message with complain.
They 2 times change the deadline to delivery package. In last message they write to WAIT to 24 JUNE. Unfornetely 70 days package was still note delivered. NEXT LIGHTINTHEBOX write to me to wait next 2 MONTHS FOR PACKAGE!
IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. ONLY WAY TO GET MONEY BACK WAS PAYPAL DISPUTE. AFTER 2 WEEKS PAYPAL ACCEPTED THIS.

Your order was shipped with air mail shipping method, which may take 10-20 BUSINESS days which means it can take up to 40 days to deliver. And the delivery of the packages is influenced by many factors – especially countries’ customs. If the customer clearance takes a long time, it may cause the delay of package. Super saver shipping company doesn’t update shipping status on their website so the packages can be tracked hardly.
